We stayed her as a group with kids in October and wish we hadn’t bothered Food 🤮 bread was left out for days as was the salad, nothing suitable for kids and all the buffet cooked food was all the same most days and not nice at all. Breakfast was the only meal half decent. The so called snack bar by the pool doesn’t exist unless you count a couple of old stale ham sandwiches when they feel like it a snack bar! There is NO a la carte. When we arrived and asked about booking in I was told there isn’t one. They also ran out of ice cream by the pool for the kids a couple of days in. They also ran out of a lot of the alcohol and you need that to just get through the week at this hotel! The rooms are very small and I wouldn’t sell them as family rooms as they are even small for a couple. Plus our shower leaked every day and flooded the bathroom. The entertainment- this is laughable... there isn’t any unless you count plugging in a laptop and playing music as entertainment. Thanks for pushing the boat out guys! Speaking of boats the pedal boats were all closed off so we could hire them. No excursions. All sports activities cancelled! The one night they said it was Karaoke they also cancelled that! One day they even handed out board games! Cheers then! The staff! It was like an episode of the walking dead! No emotion no smiles no f##ks given. The most you will get out of them is an eye roll if you dare ask for assistance with something! We are sorry to bother you 😳 This hotel is a 3 star at best but just don’t bother!!! The beach was lovely! That’s it!

We decided to plan an end of season get away with our 1 year old daughter at this hotel. Arrived late night as flight was delayed, upon arrival, the reception were ready to receive us with such smile and friendliness. The hotel had made available to our room some food and drinks that night. Although it was late, past midnight to look around, i couldn't help it but step out the balcony to look at the night view of the area and take in the fresh air. The staff were amazing, from the reception, restaurant, bar, Spa and entertainment staff; all seem genuine in their friendliness and professionalism. My wife loved the sea, its clear waters and the Spa; i on the other hand enjoyed the great variety of food at the hotel restaurant and the scenery. It was an amazing experience for our daughter.

We arrived via private transfer at 1pm Were told rooms were not ready but lunch had just started. Left luggage in luggage room. Really wanted to freshen up after leaving at 3am! Sat outside lots of cats, staff friendly but little English. Neither were a bother. As time went on. (We had 10 days) we didn’t sit outside preferred their a/c! Staff are massively unfriendly I don’t know if end of season but you couldn’t get a smile out of anyone. Pool bar man never smiled and the woman just looked pissed off every time you asked for anything. I’ve never been all inclusive but have since been informed this is nothing what it should be. At 3pm either dried cakes or sandwiches (ham only) are on offer. Ice cream kept running out. Gin ran out rum ran out it was frustrating!! They had a karaoke night which seemed like the people who run it sang so we left. Best thing about this place is the beach and proximity to hotel. I wouldn’t go again. Rooms were tiny. Myself 3 kids all in one room. No space to relax. Room service didn’t replace items daily. Food is fine but if you have fussy kids it would be a nightmares. Nothing to do in the local Area which we knew. Pool was bitterly cold but at least Kids were allowed inflatables. On site mini market in you don’t have cash you have to take a post it note to the dept reception and pay there add £2 fees! It could be amazing but it just isn’t. Sunsets are amazing!

Hotel is nice to look at. Views of the sea and beach itself, lovely! Nice pool, good all inclusive drinks. That’s where the good points finish. Staff are very unfriendly to the point where the woman in the shop rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t have the exact change. All the other staff (bar 2), could not care less. We went at the end of season and you could tell they just wanted to go home. Fair enough, but we paid a lot of money for our holiday and we just didn’t get the customer service or experience we deserved. There is NO a la carte restaurant. It doesn’t exist. When we went in Oct 19, the beach bar food had pretty much all finished (kids were able to help them self to ice cream and that was it). The ‘entertainment’ was shocking! Just a laptop! Literally! ‘Greek night’ consisted of someone pressing play on a Greek music compilation! Needless to say we didn’t stay up late generally. The pool was quite cold but you get used to it after a couple of minutes so that didn’t really bother us and the beach is 20 seconds away. The sea is beautifully clear and the views are wonderful. Overall I’d say this hotel has the potential to be really good if only they actually cared about the customer’s experience, which they clearly don’t!! I would recommend avoiding this place. Oh and the food, erm, not the best! Great if you enjoy questionable meat!
