The hotel is normally used by travellers going to Danakil tours. It's a basic hotel with a restaurant. Do not expect wifi access in all rooms. Close to the center of the city. There is a travel agency where you can book flights.

the Moringa hotel named after the famous healing herb which they also serve you with tea, the location is very ideal to a town and they also can provide you with vehicle to explore the city if not there are lots of Tuk tuk. the rooms are affordable clean with hot shower and bathtub and refrigerator . don't forget to checkout the traditional coffee small house found beside the hotel

Nice hotel. Very basic but has what you need: a comfortable bed with mosquito net and a decent hot shower (the second person to shower may have only a lukewarm water though). By the time we were there the third floor were under construction so our room (on second floor) was really cold, but nothing too absurd… Breakfast is not great but is ok. Location is good, we could go on foot to most sights in town.

I stayed in a standard room before my Danakil tour. The room was clean, size is a little smaller. Bed was not that comfortable as I felt the blanket had a smell. Mosquito net was supportive for me. Breakfast has multiple option to choose. Staff was good to me. Overall, it's not bad for a day.

Neckbreaker pillows, and lots of useless furniture, invluding a mosquito net. Clean sheets and hot water in the shower, but not very comfy place. The fridge smelled pee, and the shower drain wasn't working very well.
