We have just returned from a two night break at this picturesque hotel. From our arrival, we were very aware of how friendly and courteous the staff were. Everyone seemed to be very happy in their workplace. The setting of this hotel is beautiful, lots of little nods to it's former life as a train station. Open fires and comfortable...

This is a lovely peaceful hotel in which to relax and take it easy. The surrounding countyside is stunning with long winding tree lined roads stretching for miles. The staff were helpful, chatty and always smiling. We had a few drinks in the bar then opted for the early bird dinner, which was beautifully presented and of exceptional quality. Breakfast...

Don't get me wrong, no complaints as such, friendly staff, tasty food, good Guinness. We stayed B&B over a function room apart from the main building, no function on thankfully. Room a bit small but clean. The fan in bathroom took 3-4 minutes to turn off when light was switched off, a bit annoying in middle of the night. Also...
