Arrived after a long day and found that we did not have dinner reservation in the hotel. Food and Beverage manager heard about it from our waiter, while we were in the bar. He came over and said he would find us a place and he did. Food was fantastic and glad he made it happen. Greeting at the front...

Stayed in the Self Catering houses here with 4 kids under 10. The houses are really modern, clean and have every utility you can think of. There is a large green to the rear where the kids can play and you have full access to the leisure centre. Very reasonable price, would recommend for families for a short break. Not...

By far the 1 of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The spas are the best thing about this hotel. Each of the Elemis Spa Therapies begins with the Welcome Touch - A foot cleansing ritual combining the use of warm compresses and the infusion of essential oils. The dining experience is top class, with menus to suit...

What a great hotel. We booked a night away in this hotel through a groupon deal. As soon as we went in we were made feel extremely welcome. The reception staff were extremely efficient and funny. We even got upgraded to a mini suite without asking! The hotel has excellent facilities and is very clean. The wallpaper in our suite...
