We stayed in this hotel for two nights only, the hotel is amazing from all aspects, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, food is nice, the atmosphere is more than amazing. Will visit again in the near future
Very relaxing and private place. The hotel have nice big pool villas. The hotel is in a remote area where you have to take the hotel shuttle busses or a taxi if you want to go somewhere or to buy some things outside the hotel area. Fortunately, the hotel has a really great restaurant with very good thai and foreign dishes on the menu.
We stayed in the Waterfall Villa for two nights and it was perfect. This is a beautiful property, with amazing views and luxurious rooms The hotel is tucked away in the trees, so there isn’t much to travel to locally on foot - be prepared to scooter/taxi if you need to go anywhere. The hotel offers free shuttles to a local beach for just the right amount of time, which worked out well. All of the staff were great, always happy and helpful. I would definitely come back
This Resort is so nicely hidden. It gave us a feel of a real peaceful, relaxing hideaway, just what we were looking for. At the same time, the one day we did venture out it was very supposing how close everything is. The east and west coast beaches are both less than 20min away, and tons of things to do nearby. We were there for 1 week and it felt like 1 day. All the staff always go to such great lengths to ensure relaxation and minimal effort. The perfect place to go for a true relaxing stress relieving vacation. When we go again it will be at least for 15 days!
I had very high expectations for my stay at Villa Zolitude but the numerous incidents and service shortfalls which made my stay a disappointing one as i've paid more than 33,000 baht for it. 1) I was told that check in is at 2pm, so I arrived at 2pm as instructed. Upon entering my room, the entrance, patio, balcony and pool area were covered with fallen leaves. I know the resort is situated in the forest but the amount of leaves in the villa was like hasn't been cleaned/swept in days. The staff who showed us our room, were also shocked by it and requested for housekeeping to clean it. since check in is from 2pm, you guys should have swept the villa prior to check-in, not a day ot two before. I even compared the amount of leaves the next day, and it wasn't as much as my arrival, which proved that it was cleaned at least two days before. 2) I requested for additional towels and were rejected by two staff. I was questioned and told on why i need more towels and there were already two towels in the bathroom, so I shouldn't need more towels. I had to escalate this their manager or probably senior staff. I had to explain my intentions and preference of needing more towels, and they provided them after convincing them. This shouldn't be happening in a five star resort. just to share, i requested for two more towels as I do not want to be disturbed during my stay (2 nights), I did NOT request for 20 towels which require such interrogation. 3) I requested for more shower gel for the same reasons in point 2 and was told it wasn't available and out of stock. I checked the bathroom, to see that its a huge dispenser not the typical travel size tube. the staff should be able to explain that and not inform of the wrong information. 4) the tv wasn't working upon my arrival. technician tried to fix it and left at 3.30pm. i requested for an update at 6.pm, they told me the technician was on his way. no one came again. At 8pm, they fixed it. among the 100 channels available, two of it wasn't broadcasting and that two channels were the only ENGLISH channels. the technician and staff tried to convince me there are other channels. 5) the food i ordered which has pork, was RAW. it could have given us food poisoning and it ruined our dinner and NYE countdown. 6)checkout took 30 mins. no one asked how was our stay and addressed our concerns. we were provided the bill, paid and escorted out. our overall experience were extremely disappointing, although breakfast was great.…
