Facilities are excellent ! The housekeeper is poor ! She didn’t check the guest list , did not prepare enough supplies for my family! Cannot believe the management of the hotel . Wish the hotel pays a attention to this issue .
The mobile check in is non existent whiles check in took forever; they told us that the room was been cleaned at 3:40 and we should just go have afternoon tea with all our luggages. At 4:40 after repeatedly calling the front desk to give us the room number and key, they finally did at 5:30 pm! That is a sub standard service; the package came with afternoon tea; the hotel stuffed us at the ballroom with extremely loud music and worse food then any conference snack selection. Not to mention the horrible sandwich bread was wet and extremely bad tasting. The sconce was dry and poor taste. This is one of the most horrible arrival experience ever. We could not unload the luggage till after 5:30. 2 1/2 hours after the suppose check in.
Hotel room is cozy but employees service in Li-Bai and Marco Polo lounges are not qualified for the standard of 5 stats hotel. Food selection in Café at Far Eastern although are not much but it reach its famous critia with good cuisine.
Excellent service and quality. The location is excellent. The bed is wonderful. The room is elegantly designed. The bathroom is well-planed and well-arranged. It is not far away from Taipei 101. It is the most elegant hotel in Taipei.
The way sales manger to handle client complains is very impressive ! They firstly settle issues immediately and then explain to hotel guests in person after issue got settle down , and show their apology to guest about the inflexibility of restaurant staffs !
