I had stayed at this hotel before when I was on a business trip to Taipei. At that time, I felt that CityInn Hotel Taipei Main Station Branch 1 was a high-quality hotel. I stayed for 8 nights in Nov 2023. The location was great to travel around Taipei. For going to Taoyuan Airport MRT, use the lift outside Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (near Z4 exit) and cut through Taipei underground Z and K mall to access the pathway to the Airport MRT (with escalators / flat ground throughout).
The staff was very friendly and was happy to recommend me places to visit in Taipei, food and drinks and massage places near the hotel.
The hotel room and common facilities were clean. The room was cleaned daily and items (including toiletries) were replenished.
There is a water dispenser, coffee machine and tea dispenser at level 2. There are free instant noodles provided after 10pm as well. The hotel also provided luggage storage services for guests and assistance to order souvenir snacks like Chia Te.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
