The service of the hotel is very good. Advance reservations are possible. Call the hotel reception before arriving at the airport. The hotel has a pick-up service. Check-in at the front desk of the hotel is also very fast. The attitude is very good.

Huge room . Even though not new but very clean. 10 minutes walk to train station. Lots of great places to eat, especially Japanese food . Breakfast is very good , fair bit of options both western and Asian food. The provided night snacks are very generous. Thin walls , you can hear next room and outside corridors. Arrived in Ambience Hotel after a tiring flight and was gratified to receive a heart-warming welcome from the receptionist, Cate who was on duty when we checked in late at night. Good recommendations for a dinner place that opens till 1.30am and we loved her recommendation to visit a beautiful spot for sunset, nice food and scenery. All the receptionists are always friendly and cheerful, it is really nice staying in Ambience as they go all out to make your stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to all the staff in Ambience Hotel. Everyone is very friendly, from housekeeping staff to the front desk staff. I really enjoy meeting Cate, as she is always so enthusiastic and welcoming. it was lovely hearing her recommendations and she was very thoughtful to go the extra mile to provide me with additional information on a place I told her I wanted to go when I checked out. Having stayed in 2 other hotels during my 10 day trip in Taiwan, I feel what distinguishes a hotel from the others is the soul of the hotel. Ambience Hotel reaches out to you from their sincerity and genuine care and warmth. This has given me and my family memorable memories. It may not be the newest hotel but the interior is impeccably clean and mostly looks new and well-maintained. Many nice little touches by the hotel staff, from the service at the breakfast to the 24hr lounge for guests to make their drinks with the coffee machine and laundry room. All very practical and adequate for my needs. Will definitely go back to stay in Ambience Hotel again when I return to Taiwan! Thanks all😊…

First of all, I love the room space given to us because it is so spacious and comfortable. We have a very a friendly and very helpful staff, named Cate Teo which make our stay so warmly welcome and very much feel at home. The location of this hotel is convenient to let us visit the places we planned to. It is a very peaceful place compared to those we have stayed in our previous trip when we came to Taiwan before. We are glad that Ambience allowed us to do our laundry too. The breakfast selection and variety served every morning is really good. The staff in the dining place every morning are so friendly and pleasant too. Especially, a matured spectacled lady was very helpful in providing us directions in public transport. We will definitely consider to come back here again in our next trip soon. Thanks Ambience for making our trip so pleasant 1st time back to Taiwan after COVID.…

FABULOUS HOTEL!!!! I am definitely coming back to this hotel whenever I return to Taipei. The staff, esp. front desk, are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great (although the hot dishes are cool-ish/cold), free snacks placed in your room, at mid-day, and at night!!! The beds are very comfy, room is spacious....come on! It's so great :)
