Pros: hotel staffs are friendly. Cons: 1- Hotel location is far away from Main Kenting Street. It located across from a nuclear power plant. If you want to eat you must drive somewhere to get it. Hotel doesn't provide shuttle bus. There is nothing in walking distance, very inconvenient. 2- We booked a Villa room which came with a private pool in our room. The pool water is way too cold to swim in it during the off season (it is probably 18-20 Celsius). The hotel should let the customer know the private pool is not temperature controlled on their website, we felt it was totally waste of money to pay such high price for a room that you can't even use the feature. DON’T BOOK VILLA ROOM DURING WINTER IF YOU WANT TO USE THE PRIVATE POOL. 3- Breakfast is THE SAME THING EVERYDAY!!! We stayed for 5 days and not a thing changed. All the Chinese dishes (ex. fried vegetables/fried noodles) were very greasy; has very limited amount of food choice. 4- The hotel is very small and not much to do besides the public pool. Many amenities (BBQ/ restaurant) are not operated. 5- The cleanness of the hotel room is poor. We had ants crawling on the bed every day. Overall, we were very disappointing about the hotel.…

Check in有點久，來回回跟我確認訂房編號，反應工作人員check in太久，工作人員臉色就不好，我們是晚上7點到飯店，已經很累了⋯飯店應該盡快讓客人進房休息才對！進房後房間乍看是漂亮，但其實很多地方已經髒污跟老舊。 Villa房型的泳池還算大。 Check in time is too long. We respond check in too long time, but staff attitude is not good. Villa’s pool is good,but the room is a bit old.

The hotel rooms were nice and were exactly as shown in the photos. We had the Amber Villa with a private pool. The backyard where the pool was was absolutely beautiful. The room was a decent size and the layout was great with access to the bathroom directly from the backyard pool. The pool was not heated though, so quite cold, which was fine when the sun was out, but really cold once the clouds rolled in. The thing that gave this resort a lower rating for us was the following: - we had to put down cash deposits to take towels to the beach and to even just borrow an umbrella for the evening when it rained - the buffet breakfast had a fairly small selection and we had some trouble even just requesting fried eggs (there were no eggs at the buffet!) - their was no fitness centre even though their website states there is - the main "swimming pool" is more of a wading pool. It's very small and shallow (so no lap swimming). There are jets on one side which is nice but no hot tub - the closest restaurants and beach are about a 10-12 min walk away where some parts required us to walk onto the road which was not ideal with a small child and there were no shuttles offered. We had a fabulous time at the nearby beach though. Service was decent and there were some nice touches like evening desserts and fruits brought to our room, but overall we were disappointed in the lack of amenities offered at the hotel.…

What a great place to stay in this middle eastern themed boutique hotel. Large bedroom with nice spa bath tub and large beds. Great Atmosphere. Close to all tourist spots around Kenting, Taiwan. Perfect rest stop

After a long day tour here in Pintung, we were all mesmerized by the beauty of the place where we would stay for a night. It's incredibly elegant place to stay with superb service and great food! This is a beautiful hotel. It has many fun things to do such as renting Moroccan outfits, being entertained by a singer and we were able to dance. It is a great location, that is near the beach. There is a spa and a pool at the hotel in case you would like to stay in and relax.

What an excellent hotel. For our trip to Kenting we were after something luxury, peaceful and quality - and Amanda Hotel was exactly that. The Moroccan theme runs throughout the hotel and it works so well. Upon entering the hotel you are instantly wowed and that feeling stays throughout the entire stay. We stayed in a villa room and was completely blown away by the room as well as the private pool in our garden. The bathroom is so well designed with a huge bath and beautiful shower. The interior is stunning and the space is the room is fabulous. With an extra bed for 2 if you need it! The pool is a great size and you get an outside dining area as well as sunbathing spot - fab! All bar drinks and snacks are complimentary in the room to which is great. There is also an indoor pool with a massage jacuzzi which is such a nice touch. We spent time in here as well as our own pool as the massage jacuzzi was great. The breakfast provides enough for whatever you fancy, with hot and cold foods and drinks. During our stay we were also given complimentary fruits and cakes left in our room. A lovely touch! There is a billiard room with gym equipment. The hotel also provides free bikes if you want them to ride around Kenting. We used them every day, no hassle at all. Such a fab stay and would recommend to all. Couples, families and friends. Stayed in the famous Amanda, everyone online was talking about this hotel when i had the chance, I had to stay in it. and had a wonderful experience, they had great service the rooms were amazing and the hotel restaurant was brilliant. Special mentions to beautiful staff like pei ling in guest services and jack from the concierge were constantly checking on me during my 12 days stay. Always made the effort to check how is everything going on, and always surprising me special amenities in my room from the staff jack. Thank you
