I highly recommend this hostel in Taipei. The location is excellent, walking distance to Ximending, Dihua Old Street, temples, night markets, and public transport (subway, buses and public bikes!). The staff is the nicest. Nini gave us a very thorough check in, showing us with a map everything we needed to know for a perfect stay. We stayed in a private room with toilet and it was super comfortable, clean, brand new, with modern design. It has AC, TV, a desk, and enough space for our big luggage. They also provide toiletries and the bathroom has natural light, which I highly appreciate! In the private room’s floor there is a sitting common area and a kitchen with microwave, fridge, mini bar, where you can get free coffee, tea and drinking water all day. In main floor, where the reception and the dorms are, there is a bigger common area that truly feels like a home. There you can work comfortably (there are outlets and also a computer to use), prepare a simple meal, or just hang out. There’s also a mini bar and they sell snacks 24/7 and you can also get free hot drinks there. It’s super convenient. The breakfast is the best for a hostel so far: there are toasts with nutella, peanut butter, jelly, etc but also hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes or chicken nuggets, cereal and milk, orange juice, some days there was fruit. We loved it! The shared toilets from the dorms are super clean and they provide very cool products for common use, such as micellar water and body cream. They also provide coin washing machines to do your laundry for a very cheap price! The hostel is full of very well thought details to make you feel like a special guest. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We will come again!

I wish every hotel was like this. The moment you step in, you relax. The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to night markets for awesome food, touristic spots and subway station. Yet it’s on a quiet street besides a beautiful temple. It’s completely calm and you’ll sleep like a baby. Nini from reception was great. She was warm, informative and had a perfect English. She gave us a map and showed us all the important hotspots nearby. The hotel has a big and super comfy common area (open 24hs) and a smaller one on another floor. Great wifi. They provide complementary breakfast which consists of coffee or tea, orange juice, fruits, milk and cereal, toasts with a selection of peanut butter, Nutella and jams, chicken nuggets and chips. Some items vary from day to day. It’s super abundant. There’s also free coffee and tea all day long. You can also refill your bottles with cold or hot water. The room is comfy, clean and bright. Spacious and quiet. There are a lot of details that show that they really care about their guests. The hotel also has a coin-operated laundry. If I come back to Taipei, I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed overnight for one night, so we didn't get to spend too much time there. However, we could still see that there was a lovely atmosphere in the lounge area with plenty of people throughout the day and the facilities were nice! The hostel was more expensive compared to other parts of Asia that I'm used to, and considering the quiet nature of the surrounding neighborhood, but it was still a pleasant stay!

The hostel provides you a home feeling. You are free to use the common area. Staff is very friendly and willing to prepare breakfast for you if you decided to go out in the early morning. Other than that, staff will recommend you the good restoren or food around this area. The hostel is near to ning xia night market which a lot of good food can be find over there. Its great to be stay there.

We booked two of the private rooms at this hostel and the four of us really enjoyed our stay. The hostel is clean and quiet, there are common areas to hang out and eat since we're not allowed to eat in our rooms. They offer complimentary tea and also have places for you to fill up your water bottle. They mentioned that they have free breakfast, but I wouldn't wake up early for it since it was something like chicken nuggets and french fries. The hostel also has a laundry room for you to wash your clothes and hang to dry, which we found really convenient after we had been traveling so much. The hostel is located really close to convenient stores and a night market. It's also really close to the subway stations. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.
