Hi Louise, If you have a driving license you could hire a car or motorbike. For us, we don't have any license. So we hire a car with a driver for our family for a full day which cost around 50usd.

Yes, Bintang is closest to the pool and restaurant.

Yes that's correct the Bintang Villa is just before the restaurant and pool, and has views out to the ocean. I didn't have a look inside so I can't comment on the layout.
