We had a wonderful time at Syrrako hotel. The rooms were clean and warm, with a spectacular view of the mountains. Tasty and homemade breakfast. The kids were very happy playing out without the fear of the cars. The hospitallity was great!!! For sure we want to visit the village and hotel again. For New Year’s Eve the village had a wonderful celebrate with home made food and orchrestra!!

Clean, warm and cosy. Great homemade breakfast next to the fireplace by the grandma ... who was wearing a mesh-chef hat while cooking! On the cons: hard mattress and "stiff" pillows affecting sleep comfort ... my most important factor for relaxation. The ambient of the place and of the remote village makes everyone very generous in appraisal. Check my attached photos for the great view and hotel's facade from the square. It is actually a landmark ... a former school, that the classrooms are turned into guest-rooms. Fantastic hosts...Spiros and his wife were super friendly and genuinely caring. Also, great value for money.

Located in the stunning village of Syrrako, this hotel, a converted primary school, stands proud in the centre of the village with stunning views from the bedrooms. As another reviewer commented it's not the easiest of villages to reach in the Southern Pindos mountains - but well worth the effort. Our room was spacious, very clean, light and airy, with a comfortable bed, fridge, TV(not required), en-suite bathroom, but best of all that stunning view with hills, mountains and forests to wake up to in the morning. Our hostess Erasmia, was a delight, supplying us with a excellent and varied home-made breakfast each day. She also helped in the evening in taking us to the local tavernas, where English was not spoken and translated for us, resulting in some fabulous food. The car-park is some distance from the hotel, but they do have a mini tractor and trailer to collect your suite cases if you ask. We would love to return one day.

once again we failed choseing a hotel.. ordering through Booking!. I checked & rechecked the diractin on therir site and arrived on May 19 in a heavy rain to the village gate that is to narrow to pass by car.I"m sure that there is another enterance which th localals use!. We gave up,turned back looking for another hotel for this night. The owner was kind enough to charge Only 25% of the cost for NO SHOW. Eff xharisto for keeping the old Greek tradition of honour and respect. From out side through the pouring rain the village is one of the most beauityful villages in Greece...whats a pity.

In one of the most exiting traditional stone mountain village's of N. Greece, SYRRAKO, the homonym hotel definitely worth the name of it. Excellent location, amazing surrounding probably better than Alps, clean and large rooms, warm and friendly hospitality (Ms Erasmia is the key person for that). Great breakfast. One of the best mountain destination in Greece. It deserves 100% all the hard way to reach there.
