We stayed in Gham Habitat for two days- two bed rooms with pool. Everything went fine, the room is clean, comfortable, equipped with smart toilet seat and x-box. The food from the restaurant was good, better than many restaurants out there, must try. The staff are friendly and helpful too, especially Chom, she went the extra mile to offer her help to courier the item that I forgot to take when I check out the hotel. I had a wonderful stay and experience in this hotel, definitely will go back in the future.

This hotel is nothing short of 5 star service. Fabulous breakfast included with great lunch and dinner options available in the restaurant. Greeted by well trained and attentive staff and a welcome drink. Accommodation is very high spec, well looked after and in a great location only 5 minutes from the beach where you have many more eateries.

This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are modern and of high quality. The location of the hotel is peaceful and pretty with views of trees and mountains. My dinner at the hotel restaurant was probably the best food I've had in thailand. Best features: private pool, attentive staff, xbox provided and high-spec room (automated smart home features).

Almost perfect. BUT NOT.. FOUR weeks later the hotel still hasnt refunded our security deposit.. They keep blaming the bank and all kinds things that make delays.. BE CAREFUL!!!! The hotel is nice and modern. It was clean and the décor was unique and impressive.. The staff were good.. The breakfast went from good to boring.. When guest numbers were low, the hotel wouldnt provide a buffet to save money. Basically it was bacon eggs on toast or toast with bacon eggs or a curry.. . The room was spacious and our pool was great.. Except the stupid electronic toilet that never worked properly.. the lid would close half way through peeing and half the functions never worked at all. A "normal" loo would have been better. Outside, there is a horrible smell from the sewers in the drive way.. There is no escaping that smell as you walk in. However, the location is very good with only a short walk to the beach.. Fantasea is also only a walk away. Would we stay there again? Possibly! But there is no way we would give them an electronic security deposit.. Just an envelope with baht in it and they can give it back as we leave. Maybe... Seriously.. We will give it another week before making a formal complaint to TAT. Oh yeh.. Dont use their taxi service.. They charged us 1200 when the going rate outside the airport is only 600..

We stayed about 10 nights in a hotel, in a villa with 3 bedrooms. The location is very convenient, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel staff who were attentive to our every request and need made our stay at the place wonderful. highly recommend!

Overall it was a very lovely stay and the staff were super friendly! They were a great help pre-booking too, responding swiftly to our enquiries about how to book the necessary required for the Thailand pass application. Location was very convenient, just a short walk from the beach with lots of food options. The Big C Hypermarket is slightly further but still walkable. The room was very clean and well furnished (although the automatic toilet can be quite unnerving at times and took a bit of getting used to. The dipping pool in the room is lovely for those who hate the sun otherwise there's a larger common pool as well. Only downside was that we arrived late at night so the bar and restaurant were closed. But the night staff who checked us in tried to get us some soda/coke (we ended up ordering from grab). Just a tip for those arriving late at night to pack some snacks or get some drinks from the airport before arriving. Definitely a big kudos to the staff for making our stay such a lovely and memorable one.

Came to Kamala to enjoy the beach and beach clubs altho cafe Del Mar was closed but catch was open. Glam Habitat is what you’d expect from a celeb opened property - glamorous but tired. I can see there was thought and passion put into the project yet operations and execution is another major factor in success. It is especially tested during covid times. Service was nice enough - nothing above and beyond. The property seemed dark and empty and sometimes has a slight smell. The rooms were big and high tech which is enjoyable - tv, toilet, curtains etc. Private pool is a nice touch but you cant see the tv from it. The cleanliness of the private pool and room in general seemed subpar for this level of hotel. At this price range there are other teams and establishments running on years of hotelier experience that Glam is competing with. It has allure but def deserves more attention - they are tinkering on dropping to a 3 star at this price point.

This place has beautiful rooms and incredibly nice and helpful staff. But it’s insanely loud. It’s right next to a major road and much farther from the beach than Google maps would lead you to believe. If I’m not hearing the motors from the road, it’s the neighbor’s crying kid or the 24 hour Korean news from across the hall. This is amazing if you’re deaf, but a horrible waste of money if you think you’re going here to relax. The staff did try to do whatever they could and I couldn’t ask for more helpful people. The hotel is simply poorly situated and no attention was paid to sound. I live in Washington, DC (not a suburb) and my home if infinitely more peaceful than this hotel... and that includes the occasional gunshots I hear (at home, none in Phuket).

This hotel was ok and is location steps from kamala beach. The room itself was large and spacious with a comfy bed and high tech equipment - however lots of the equipment didn’t work and took a long time to fix! They have digital doors to the room, every time it took us about 5 minutes just to open the door as it was faulty. The light in the bedroom was done by touch button - which was also broken so no light in the bedroom. They did fix this by our second day but we had to wait about 1 hour for it to be fixed before dinner. The shower had these amazing wall jets which my boyfriend used on the first night. The seal on the door was broken so water went absolutely everywhere!! Small things but they end up being quite annoying. The breakfast was very basic and not great. Although the room is equipped with a small kitchen so I would recommend getting bits from 7/11. Walking distance to kamala beach but in all honesty this beach is not great. We rented a moped and went north the bang Tao - this location is much nicer. The town is nice and the beach is less commercial. The staff here were not that friendly compared to other hotels we stayed at. They didn’t really greet us when we came in and out which was a bit uncomfortable. There is also a bit of a sewage smell outside the front of the hotel coming from the drains.
