As a seasoned traveler to Phuket and a long term resident of Thailand, I have stayed in many luxury hotels on the island. However, this is the first time, I have chosen to write a review. Paresa Resort symbolized what a Thai 5 star resort should be. From the moment you arrive, you know you are in Thailand. With its simple, yet elegant lobby, the smell of lemon grass and the sounds of Thai monks chanting, makes for an impressive welcome. The large wooden "sala' doors opening to the stunning views of the Gulf of Siam, leave you in awe, especially arriving at sunset. Our suite, with its infinity pool, ocean views and decorated completely Thai style was perfect (The bed was heavenly, could have slept all day, it was that comfortable). The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast in the morning fantastic. Cocktails in the evening a perfect way to end the day. Truly a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. I have found my home away from home (no cliché intended). Thanks to Anthony (General Manager) and his team. Hope to see you all again soon.…
We traveled to Thailand for our honeymoon and stayed 2 nights at Paresa. The resort property and amenities are so unbelievably gorgeous. All the villas are nestled into the cliffside which affords each a killer view. The restaurant on site was amazing but obviously pricey but definitely worth it for a night or two. They have so many great add-ons to make your honeymoon really special. We did the floating breakfast and the beach picnic. Both were so unique and we'll remember them forever. The staff is also extremely nice and thoughtful. We told them it was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a villa with a nicer view.
We stayed here for 5 nights to get away from a hectic life. We had the most stunning cliff villa that had the most amazing views of the sunset over the Andaman Sea. When we checked in we were met by Patrick who was extremely helpful and friendly. He organised a table for dinner and without a doubt went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Like other customers we did find the food expensive. Even with the freshest of produce and quality and views it was more expensive than back in Australia which is something you would not expect in Thailand. That said, the food was good and they have a happy hour for cocktails which is great. Breakfast was really nice too. I have to mention the most outstanding waiter, his name is Vid. His smiling face each night at cocktails and dinner and the professional and friendly way he looked after us was fantastic. He really made the experience memorable. Now with the Corona virus impacting travel I really hope people will return to Paresa and that the staff keep thier jobs as they are such a great team. …
We are experienced travellers and can honestly say that Paresa was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The setting is quite beautiful, and to have our own infinity pool overlooking the bay was just amazing. The food was top class, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful---- especially the GM who helped us sort some travel problems out. We shall definitely be back one day!
I never thought that Phuket will have this kind of private resort located on the mountain! Paresa is private unique luxury resort that all resort type facing the ocean. Even though lead room category also able to see the ocean view but my room type have a big tree is front of my private. Totally still have a good view. I have also ordered a floating breakfast serving at the pool. There are a lot menus in floating basket. However, you are also able to have breakfast at the restaurant. The infinity pool is very stunning. Operational staff were very nice, excellent and always help us throughout stay without any our requesting.
