As a seasoned traveler to Phuket and a long term resident of Thailand, I have stayed in many luxury hotels on the island. However, this is the first time, I have chosen to write a review. Paresa Resort symbolized what a Thai 5 star resort should be. From the moment you arrive, you know you are in Thailand. With its simple, yet elegant lobby, the smell of lemon grass and the sounds of Thai monks chanting, makes for an impressive welcome. The large wooden "sala' doors opening to the stunning views of the Gulf of Siam, leave you in awe, especially arriving at sunset. Our suite, with its infinity pool, ocean views and decorated completely Thai style was perfect (The bed was heavenly, could have slept all day, it was that comfortable). The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast in the morning fantastic. Cocktails in the evening a perfect way to end the day. Truly a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. I have found my home away from home (no cliché intended). Thanks to Anthony (General Manager) and his team. Hope to see you all again soon.

Dear MAS In these challenging times, it is wonderful to receive such a positive endorsement of what the team at Paresa has been working so hard on to deliver. During the shutdown, we invested heavily into the infrastructure of the hotel, refreshing and renovating whilst supporting and retraining all our workforce. You may be interested to note that all staff were kept on with the great support of our owner. As such, I am glad that you noticed that our service levels and quality of our product has remained at a top level. This is the strategy that we are playing out now. We look forward to welcoming you and your friends back to our little piece of 'Heaven of all Heavens'. From all of us at Paresa.

We traveled to Thailand for our honeymoon and stayed 2 nights at Paresa. The resort property and amenities are so unbelievably gorgeous. All the villas are nestled into the cliffside which affords each a killer view. The restaurant on site was amazing but obviously pricey but definitely worth it for a night or two. They have so many great add-ons to make your honeymoon really special. We did the floating breakfast and the beach picnic. Both were so unique and we'll remember them forever. The staff is also extremely nice and thoughtful. We told them it was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a villa with a nicer view.

Dear Star M I believe you must have stayed a while ago and thank you then for taking the time to share your memories on Trip Advisor. We have been busy during the lockdown, lots of work and renovation and are now opened since 01 July. Hopefully in the not too distant future, you will be able to travel again and perhaps revisit us again. Heavenly regards from the Paresa team

We stayed here for 5 nights to get away from a hectic life. We had the most stunning cliff villa that had the most amazing views of the sunset over the Andaman Sea. When we checked in we were met by Patrick who was extremely helpful and friendly. He organised a table for dinner and without a doubt went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Like other customers we did find the food expensive. Even with the freshest of produce and quality and views it was more expensive than back in Australia which is something you would not expect in Thailand. That said, the food was good and they have a happy hour for cocktails which is great. Breakfast was really nice too. I have to mention the most outstanding waiter, his name is Vid. His smiling face each night at cocktails and dinner and the professional and friendly way he looked after us was fantastic. He really made the experience memorable. Now with the Corona virus impacting travel I really hope people will return to Paresa and that the staff keep thier jobs as they are such a great team.

Dear trekker065, I am glad that you returned safely home in these troubled times, and took lots of great memories back with you. Patrick and Vid will also be thrilled to see their names in print! The Corona virus is effecting everyone, especially the travel and leisure industry. We are doing our best to maintain our staff morale and to preserve all their jobs. Every day each department is helping others with deep cleaning, renovation and so on. We are keeping busy by continuing to improve the resort in this quiet period and our staff are all helping and contributing; it's teamwork. We will still all be here and hope to welcome you back in the future. heavenly regards , Anthony Dupont and the Paresa team

We are experienced travellers and can honestly say that Paresa was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The setting is quite beautiful, and to have our own infinity pool overlooking the bay was just amazing. The food was top class, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful---- especially the GM who helped us sort some travel problems out. We shall definitely be back one day!

I never thought that Phuket will have this kind of private resort located on the mountain! Paresa is private unique luxury resort that all resort type facing the ocean. Even though lead room category also able to see the ocean view but my room type have a big tree is front of my private. Totally still have a good view. I have also ordered a floating breakfast serving at the pool. There are a lot menus in floating basket. However, you are also able to have breakfast at the restaurant. The infinity pool is very stunning. Operational staff were very nice, excellent and always help us throughout stay without any our requesting.

Dear Khun Bentohen, Khop khun mark for your wonderful review and for your praises towards the staff. We hope that we can add a personal touch being a small resort. Part of the charm is our natural vegetation and amazing old trees dotted around the resort. They really add to the atmosphere and were specifically saved during construction times, even reducing the amount of villas we wanted to build to safeguard them. The floating breakfasts are popular, providing a photogenic morning in your infinity pool. The Paresa team hope to see you again, Heavenly regards, Anthony Dupont
