Travelers' Choice
Sleep, eat, indulge, explore and rejuvenate at our homely resort in our naturally private setting, along millionaire’s mile located south west of the treasured island of Phuket. Through using the traditional and authentic craftsmanship of Khun Veerasak, this wonderful promontory paradise has been converted into a magnificent hotel consisting of 42 rooms and villas sprawling the hillside down to the private rustic beach. All the rooms and villas are designed with the concept of ‘Ayara’, corresponding with the nature of ‘elephants’ that are gentle and kind and of course, need their space to rest. They are decorated contemporarily and traditionally, from stylish black tiles to luxuriously marbled bathroom floors, to wooden and earthly tones. Our restaurant maintains quality local ingredients with delightful homemade recipes as well as including a few of the normal favorites from around Thailand and the rest of the world. Whether young and fresh or mature and experienced, Ayara Kamala provides you with our local founded atmosphere whilst our international touches amaze and surprise combining on a personal level a unique harmony, nowhere else found. Our team strive to make sure you obtain that unique warmth in this west coast paradise.

My room was beautiful. I stayed in the grand pool villa and it is exactly like the pictures. I was there for 6 nights and the service was great. The staff is extremely, extremely nice, attentive, and accommodating. Shout outs to Fam, she was of great assistance during visits to the restaurants. The best part of my trip in Thailand! If I didn't already have a full itinerary planned and mostly paid for, I would've spent more time at the resort. They had so much to offer and I didn't get to experience much there. I did get to experience a massage from them. It is on the pricey side, but it was my Best massage in possibly life, but also in Thailand. The masseuses were definitely more thorough compared to the cheaper ones throughout Thailand. Also, on my birthday they presented me

Enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely and quiet with good facilities. We particularly liked the friendly restaurant staff like Kit. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food etc. One slightly negative point was that the hotel room service staff took away our bath robes the day before we left- I assume to stop theft but this added a slightly sour note to our otherwise enjoyable stay.

Response from Masha S, Manager at Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa

Dear Khun Bindleys, Warmest greetings from Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa! Thank you for your feedback on your stay here and for choosing to stay with us. It was wonderful to have accommodated you, and we are so glad to hear you enjoyed the hospitality, and the food here as well as the facilities. Regarding the bath robes, the only reason we would take them away is when it is used and needs to be cleaned, we do not take them away before check out to avoid guests taking them, as we also we have new robes available at the gift shop if guests would like to purchase them. I am sorry should there be a discrepancy, but nevertheless we are happy you had a wonderful time, we will continue to train our staff to ensure a high quality of service we prioritise on. We wish you the very best back home and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you here again soon! Warmest regards from all of us here, Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa Team

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ayara Kamala resort from 3/25 to 3/28 at one of their Grand Pool Villa Ocean View for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The resort itself is built inside a valley. And where many resorts, the main building will be front and center, is actually off to the side and the rest of the valley is dedicated to their private villas which provides incredible ocean views. Our villa was amazing and provided a mostly private guest experience. While the location of the resort is not close to more of the more frequented beaches, a bus shuttle to Kamala beach or a quick cab to Patong will get you the beach life you desire. But if the beach is not for you, then there isn't much of a reason to leave the resort unless you want to go shopping or experience the

This is the newest and expensive hotel in Phuket, the location is not really convenient, but the hotel view is very beautiful. The staff of the hotel is very professional, especially the staff ”Chai”. No matter what position he is, Kamala shuttle bus or restaurant, he is smile every day, take care of the guests, let me and my friends really experience and enjoy a great holiday. The hotel's facilities are well maintained. If you don't live in a detached house, the hotel's infinity pool is very good. The breakfast at the restaurant is very delicious, in addition to the food in the buffet area, there is also an optional menu for guests to choose from.
