John and Angela were wonderful hosts. My husband and I enjoyed sitting and visiting with them in their picturesque lawn. We live in a rural area ourselves so we enjoyed the quite beauty of this setting. The house was a piece of history. We loved everything about it. The breakfast provided was the best we had in France. They had... More

We were delighted with our stay at Manoir de Bray – an enchanting step back in time in a Manoir that has been in the same family for over 200 years. The house is nothing less than elegant and holds a huge collection of furniture, paintings, silver, porcelain, clocks, and memorabilia that have been accumulated by the family over that... More

Good location. Hotel is situated in peacefull and quiet countryside, but close to all the places of interest in Normandy. Wellcoming, hospitable and very friendly hosts. And their dog is so cute. Breakfast was just something. And it was so different from usual breakfast in hotels in France. There were some specialities of Normandy, pate, salmon, chees, eggs, lots of... More

We had the opportunity to stay here on May 8, 2013. It was fantastic! I didn't appreciate the awesome breakfast because this was our first B & B, but it was the best of the trip. Monsieur and Madame made us feel very welcome; M. poured us a glass of his home made Calvados, from his own apples. I cannot... More

John and Angela are wonderful hosts and cannot do enough for you. The house has been in the family for 200 years and is just full of history and antiques. It was like staying with old friends/relatives, I wish they were! Beautiful house and location and a great base for Honfleur and Deauville we will definately be back. Thank you....

A truly beautiful chateaux, maintained with exquisite taste and supremely run by a friendly, lovely couple. There are no words to describe the breakfast, you can find everything from croissants and home-made jam to french cheese and eggs, everything is either produce on-site or locally, and it is served in just another magnificent room of this manor.

Le Manior de Bray is small manor house in Normandy, very close to Le Havre and Honfleur. It can be tricky to find it without GPS, as it is really off from the main roads. It is very difficult to describe the experience, as the firs impression was like a) this must be a museum and b) oh god, it's... More

We stayed in a clean, beautiful and cosy room with a large modern bathroom in this charming and romantic 200 years old countryhouse (just a little difficult to find) owned by a very hospitable family. Definitely one of the best places I have ever been. The breakfast was a piece of art!

The property is very difficult to find - but well worth the effort. We stayed one night on the way back to Cherbourg. We were glad we did. The owners are exceptionally friendly people. The house is about 200 years old - built by an Irish merchant for his daughter. The current owner is a direct decendant. Our room was... More

From guiding us in on the mobile (it's a little tricky to find) to recommending a restaurant to eat in nearby Honfleur, we had a warm welcome at this lovely country house. The breakfast was a veritable banquet, and we were waved off as if we were old friends. Definitley will be returning this year, and staying for longer this... More
