'Le petit Figuier' is a B&B in a beautiful XVIII century house in the centre of a village known for its big 4-week international summer music festival. The garden is small, but perfectly formed, private, and with a nice pool (9m x 4m), water feature, several mirrors around the garden, a couple of fig and olive trees, lavender, lovely flowers and plants. Breakfast is served on the terrace. The rooms are decorated in a nice calm French/Scandinavian style. There is a bath robe for each guest, a pool towel and a couple of bath towels. Shampoo, body wash and hairdryer in both shower rooms. Bedroom 1: Tamara Room: (24.5sqm) king bed, day-bed, en-suite shower room, A/C, chairs, desk, small balcony with lovely views. Bedroom 2: Rose Room: (24sqm) 2 single beds, day-bed, separate private shower room, separate private toilet, A/C, chairs, desk, bench, nice views from the window. NB! Minimum stay - 2 nights! NB! Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor! We have a happy Golden Retriever, but we do not accept pets! Our house is not suitable for young children! We have a no-smoking policy! Wi-Fi is. Breakfast and tourist tax are included in the price. We are a little B&B and therefore do not accept credit cards!

Wonderful stay with Lis, Graham and their gorgeous dog Max! Beautiful house, garden and pool with scrumptious breakfast and restaurant recommendations. Graham helped us to find a great parking space close by so that was easy too. Delicious dinner at Le Bocage, one of the restaurants in the same village and another dinner in Lourmarin the following night a short drive away. Enjoy your stay with them! Thank you Le Petit Figuier!

We had a wonderful time at Le Petit Figuier! Lis and Graham were wonderful hosts and shared a wealth of information about new places we could explore (we had already done many of the well-known towns and sites, so it was nice to visit other places. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfasts in the morning . It was a great way to start the day and was one of the best breakfast arrangements on our trip. Lis and Graham were very communicative prior to our tip and were enjoyable to chat with over a glass of wine. The provided excellent restaurant advice and it was so convenient to simply walk to dinner. My dad and I also used the pool, which was very nice during the hot summer days. The room had a lot of character and we really enjoyed its ambiance. As Le Petit Figuier is in the heart of the village, there is parking nearby (just a 2 to 3 minute walk). We would definitely come back to stay in this wonderful place with fantastic hosts. Thanks Lis and Graham! - Ryan, James, and Barbara

Loved getting to know the quaint village of La Roque-d'Antheron which surrounds Le petit Figuie. With some of the most beautiful sites in Provence within easy driving distance, this B&B is a perfect place for exploring. The home is beautifully decorated and the hosts are anxious to share their knowledge and love of the region. The lovely outdoor dining spot for a full continental breakfast and afternoon relaxation is picture-perfect.

I stayed here with my daughter and two of her friends. There is a wealth of places to visit locally and our hosts gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooms were absolutely lovely with great attention to detail and our comfort. It was lovely swimming in the pool after a day out and the breakfast was wonderful. Best croissants during our whole stay in France. Can’t fault it - will be back again next year for sure.

Our first visit to Provence, we stayed at Le Petit Figuier for 3 nights. It was exactly what we were looking for. Quaint and comfortable with really lovely hosts. Delicious breakfast served in the garden with Max the dog in attendance. The village is very quiet, which was lovely; the two restaurants we ate at were excellent and just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Thank you Graham and Lis for making us so welcome... We will be back!

Spent 2 days at this charming bed and breakfast in Provence. Lis and Graham are wonderful hosts. They are kind and generous with their time and suggestions about the local areas and travel in the vicinity. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully done up. The breakfast served is wholesome and delicious. Ideal place to make a base for a driving holiday in Provence.

Lis and Graham were excellent hosts and we had a very enjoyable stay at Le Petit Figuier regardless of the rain! The house has a lot of character and the garden and pool are lovely- we especially enjoyed breakfast with the other guests which is served underneath an awning outside, whilst Max the Golden Retriever lounges at your feet. Lis and Graham are extremely helpful and gave us great tips for visits to Aix (we took the bus for 50 mins from just outside) and very kindly booked all of our restaurants during our stay- we especially enjoyed our evening in Lourmarin and the restaurant they recommended. A real treat.

We were staying for 3 nights in the area so ‘Le Petit Figuier’ fitted the bill perfectly as it was so close to beautiful local villages like Loumarin and Lacoste and also to Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, a bit further afield. There is a selection of good restaurants a stone’s throw away and an added bonus is the proximity of the Parc and abbey for the summer Piano Festival (not to be missed for stunning performances in beautiful settings). Lis and Graham were very welcoming and generous hosts and a mine of information about the area. Our room was very comfortable, it was lovely to have delicious breakfasts in the pretty garden and an evening dip to cool off in the pool was very welcome. Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely stay, Lis and Graham are fantastic and very helpful hosts. They recommended us brilliant activities which were truly one of a kind. The old house is perfect and comfortable with beautiful little details. The breakfast was always very fresh and tasty with various options, the whole family loved it! Their dog, Max is adorable and well-behaved. We'd recommend staying here and we're looking forward to be back soon.

Wonderful hosts welcomed us with a few glasses of excellent rose. Just the way to start a stay! Lise and Graham looked after us very well, giving us ideas of places to see and restaurants to try out. The room was comfortable, a decent size with a good shower next door. We didn't try their pool as the weather was fairly cool, but we could sit in the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet. An excellent breakfast welcomed us each morning and the stay was really made by the presence of a 'giant' golden retriever, Max. Love him and he'll welcome you too! We look forward to coming back.
