The rooms are OK - spacious, need to wait a while for the hot water to come out of the shower. When there are few guests they will serve you a 3 course meal - though I would recommend asking for the local meal option (if you look foreign they will automatically serve you the western option) - however when there are many guests they will serve meals buffet style. they will also bring you a sunset coffee/tea. Santa, their Chitwan guide, is really good.
The place is a little run down but it's comfortable and relatively quiet. Staff are friendly and as accomodating as can be. Location is good, with views across to Chitwan national park. Food was okay, better to order what the chefs know how to cook well or you may be disappointed.
Be carefull. Their swimming pool is probably the worst and most expensive activity nearby. Nobody warned us the price and then we had to pay 400Rp per person!! And they was unpleasant. Not a good choice.
Nice hotel, clean rooms and well appointed. Our children loved the play area, especially the trampoline. We didn’t use the pool but we regretted not having more time to do so. Tremendous service, with really attentive and kind waitstaff at the restaurant. Madan was our spectacular safari guide, 12 out of 10.
Second time that I have stayed here. Equally impressed by the location along the river. The friendly service was excellent and generally were able to sort out most problems. The rooms are 3 star but this not a huge concern when in a fantastic National Park area like Chitwan. The internet was a bit intermittent this trip. Food at the restaurant was excellent Highlight is always the time in the National Park looking for animals and birds. The guides are experts with their knowledge and ability to spot wildlife. It was a pleasure to be here again
