wonderful and cozy place

I was here with my family and it was so.wonderful resort with beautiful garden, big room and private balcony. Foods and service were excellent. They also organized jungle tours and was great. Wish to come back soon again,

Ambivalent ...

I'm really ambivalent about this resort ... everything is ok, rooms are big and clean, location is decent, service is good, free breakfast is limited (for other breakfast choices you will need to pay), but the attitude of the boss is ... erm ... strange. Not that he's rude, no, he's cordial enough. He's (relatively) chatty one day (to my companion), reserved the next. It's hard to explain, my companion and I arrived at the conclusion that he doesn't really like us ... Oh the packages he sells are really expensive compared to outside.

Decent BnB in Sauraha

We stayed 2 nights at Chautari garden resort in Sauraha in October. What we liked is the rooms are spacious, clean, with basic amenities, bathroom is clean and decent size. Breakfast is also good. What can get better is the service of staff, they charged us extra money than what it should have been for even a toursity place.. 100 NPR/person extra was charged for Tharu cultural dance, it was 5 minutes walk...they could have guided us to just walk there.. They also asked for 2% extra for payment through credit card. There are good restaurants at stone s throw, i suggest try outside, inhouse restaurant is not that good.

Perfect place to stay

A beautiful garden where is saw my first pomogranite tree. The rooms are spaciois, vlean, comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. Property is on 5 year old. Owner and staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here and wish there were more places in the world like rhis.

peace ,clean ,comfartable

we got cool welcome on hot day with chill juices, peace full environment ,very spacious room ,clean bathroom ,good internet.nice breakfast from Ala crate menu,expecting buffet any way its good breakfast.we will back again

Best Place to Stay in Chitwan,Nepal!!!

This resort is not only beautiful and filled with gorgeous flowers and a serene environment, but is managed by the kindest and most helpful owners you could ever desire. Its location is prime and convenient, with easy access to all nearby arrival points and local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well decorated, with air conditioning, TV, wifi access, hot showers, amazing beds, lovely balconies and all you might desire on a visit to this area of Nepal. The dining and beverage options and services are top quality, with special attention to each guests individual needs and requests. Exceptional service for dining, cleaning and all other needs. Helpful, exceptional and courteous staff in all aspects of service. The resort is excellent and accomidating as far as transportation from entry points to the hotel. They are also amazing at arranging any desired tours or activities and transporting you to any places for these adventures. They almost literally bend over backwards to assist you in any way to make your visit memorable. stress-free and enjoyable in any way you would like. They accomodate English, Korean and Nepali speakers and will do anything to make your stay the best visit possible. They have a barbeque area and provide frequent gatherings and dinners and parties as desired with fresh local grilled food and local beverages. The owners not only provide incredible services, but also join their guests and comfortably provide authentic and friendly local vibes and experiences. I can't possibly reccomend any place in Chitwan more than this amazing venue. See for yourself and enjoy the best place to stay in Chitwan!!!!…

Excellent value for money

Nice location close to the river (just across the road). Close enough to shops and restaurants but quiet. Beautiful garden. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful people. Good food! Excellent value for money.

Relaxing Stay

The owner of the hotel was very friendly person, he helped us to book Jungle tour. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, rooms were bright and clean. The garden of the hotel was very beautiful.

Great peaceful hotel in Sauhara

Very nice place to stay in Sauhara with comfy ensuite rooms and peaceful lovely gardens. We stayed here for three nights after a few weeks of trekking and had a great relaxing time. Our host organised all our tours for us which was great and he was always on hand to drive us around. Food was good and breakfast was included in the price of the room :)

Would Not Honor Reservation

I rarely give a terrible review. With that said, I booked an AC room through Hotels.com and arrived after a long bus ride. We were shown to our room and told that we had booked a fan room and if we wanted AC we would have to pay extra. I showed him the picture of our booking and he did not care. He told us we could cancel our reservation if we did not like the fan room. Manager did not care whether we stayed or left so we took our business elsewhere. We have way too much travel experience to play victim to scams such as this. Many other great properties near Chitwan to choose from.
