Our stay at the Hyatt Tamaya was without exception the most relaxing & enjoyable stay I have had at a hotel. The staff was kind, considerate, & willing to help in any way possible. The resort was always clean and well kept, as was the room.

Let me preface this review by stating that the Tamaya Resort was very nice. However, our FHR upgraded room was bad... with a tree blocking our view. When we asked to switch rooms and were told the hotel was fully booked but we could upgrade to a suite for a very high fee...75 percent of our room rate. We called... More

Spent 3 nights. Totally satisfied. Service was great. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the housekeeping was impeccable, and the common areas are spacious. There are 3 restaurants at different levels and prices. Lots of kids, but there is an adult only pool. Very good spa. Nice, easy walking trails. The Twin Warriors is and excellent... More

We returned to Tamaya again this month and enjoyed it very much. This is a peaceful place, with lots of space to move and relax. The staff was very professional and helpful - a special thanks to Lucas (who seems to run the place) and Leon for assistance! Friendly to pets - our small dog had a great time. We... More

Although most staff of this fine facility are remarkable, I had a bad experience with one! Problems happen. A business's response to it's problems shows it's quality. The spa staff don't know how to deliver Hyatt Regency customer service. I called the general manager to discuss the incident. His staff went into quick action. They were good listeners and resolved... More

This hotel was recommended by close friends...I am so glad they did..I booked it online with express deals and got a good rate..this is a quality hotel with great amenities..be prepared to spend some cash if you eat in the hotel regularly...we drove so we got out and about and tried some places the locals recommended. The resort is clean... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Tamaya after 5 nights in Santa Fe, this being our first visit to New Mexico. Next time, we will reverse at stay at least 5 nights at Tamaya! From start to finish, this resort is top-notch. We were greeted efficiently and by friendly staff who changed our room to ensure that it more... More

We loved our visit to NM and Tamaya. This is a gorgeous property, beautifully appointed common areas, a mountain vista, sacred grounds nearby and trails to the Rio Grande. What could there be not to like? Our room overlooked the Sandia mountains and had a small balcony. We ate dinner at the corn maiden and enjoyed it so much. It... More

I would rates this resort a 4 1/2 stars but I rounded up because it's the experience that matters. I just found that the rooms were nothing special... With that being said we didn't stay in our rooms except to sleep so it wasn't a huge deal. This resort was such a nice getaway in such a quiet and secluded... More
