The hotel was clean, service was good, food was good, location was to far out for us, and the hotel was too big, we went as a couple for our anniversary so wanted something smaller. Disappointed at extremely large hill and 1.2 miles away from the town

The hospitality from start till finish was fantastic. No issues throughout, food was good, entertainment was good and the rooms were clean. Hotel is on a steep hill so if you have mobility issues just be aware of this. Definitely worth a visit.

We spent 10 days at the hotel. Check in was quick and we were told how to get to our room and given a map. Rooms were ok 2 single beds pushed together. Nice view of the sea. Bottle of water left every day. They don’t automatically provide you with pool towels like in all other all inclusive hotels we have been to and charge you to hire them, but we knew about this before we came so wasn’t a problem we came with our own. Food was ok, I’m a bit of a fussy eater and don’t eat fish but I could always find something to eat. Was quite a wait when you had to wait for food at the service stations so wasn’t usually very warm when you finally arrived back to your table. Found at breakfast and evening service they were very slow to clear tables so you could sit down. Bar service was ok not a problem to us. You serve your own lager, wine coffee and soft drinks. Usually a queue in the evening for spirits as there was only 1 person serving. The entertainment was the only let down I could say for the hotel. As the hotel is so out of the way up the hill I would of expected a bit more to do in the evening. The entertainment team seemed to spend more time on their phones than actually interacting with the guests. The town was nice. We took a walk there roughly 10 minutes which was ok and got the bus back. We never had a problem to find a sunbed around the pool. Overall we had a good stay, would I come back? Probably not because of the location, but we had no issues really with the hotel

This hotel was great, I was a little worried prior to going due to some of the negative reviews. Not sure what some people want for their money. Food was good, lots of choices, plenty drink choices, including alcoholic, soft drinks and hot drinks. Rooms were large and clean, towels changed daily, beds made up and bins emptied. Staff were helpful and worked hard to make your stay a good experience. Free bus to and back from beach, if you didnt want to wait for the bus taxi only 5 euros, beautiful beach. The only thing I would moan about is the greedy guests, taking much more food than they needed, wastage was terrible, embarrassing to witness. Would recommend and return.

The hotel was superb the food was excellent. We upgraded to all inclusive plus, definitely worth it to eat n the Al a carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The complex is very clean, one if the pools is heated which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are an excellent size with comfy beds. There are lots of steps, not ideal if you have any issues. Most blocks had no lift access. The sea view from our balcony was superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again..

We had a great holiday in Fuerteventura but hotel left us a bit disappointed. Poor service in their premier restaurant, miserable bar staff and less than helpful accommodating reception staff left us feeling rather let down but it was rescued by brilliant kids entertainers, fantastic room cleaners, great entertainment and a really clean and tidy hotel. Sadly, smoking is allowed anywhere you like other than inside but so many people say smoking by the doors, it almost felt like they were indoors. Should be banned completely onsite, or if you want to smoke, go to a designated area and enjoy the stench with others who like it.

Great staff, cheap upgrade to all inclusive very worthwhile, plenty of room around pool areas, give Toscana restaurant a miss, very friendly hotel, difficult hillside location for the elderly plus many steps onsite to overcome

Due to flight and transfers we arrived after 22:00 and were checked in very efficiently with the gold plus all inclusive package explained. We found our room 615 which was very large and if a good standard, although a little tired. We went down to the main buffet restaurant and found some food that was available for late arrivals. This was basic with meats and cheeses etc. As explained at reception we went to the La Toscana restaurant which we had because we had upgraded our all inclusive to Gold. The staff including the chefs in La Toscana were excellent and Abul is a credit to the hotel. We ate all of our main meals in this restaurant and never had a bad meal. There is snacks available during the day at the pool bar which again was basic but of a good standard. Unfortunately the gold package was not delivered in full as our minibar wasn’t stocked upon arrival and was only completed after our third visit to the reception. The safe deposit box was closed when we entered the room but was rectified when we spoke to reception and they sent a technician to reset it. I had a very relaxing massage in the spa, this was discounted due to the upgrade. The tariff in the spa was a little expensive with euro 12 for 90 minutes and euro 19 for four hours. I pay £47 for a month at home. We tended to spend the evenings in the lobby bar as it was a little quieter due to the main entertainment venue being downstairs on the same level as the swimming pools. The room was large and comfortable but was showing signs of age. The staff are brilliant, the hotel is a good standard and the food in La Toscana are excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Good stay but i dont recommend All Inclusive Plus, Usually all inclusive is enough. Nice drinks, food could be more varied. Rooms a bit old but not a problem. There are plenty of sunbeds and you can sunbathe nicely.
