Visited in Dec’22 during school holidays, we had such a good time at eqUILIBRIA Seminyak! We’re allocated in Villa 302, which is just next to the swimming pool and easily access to the Spa and Front Desk, but it’s still quiet and calming when we’re in the villa. Our Villa host Risky and Ella (if I remembered her name correctly) are so friendly to us, especially my son. There’s also another gentleman assigned to our villa but I can’t recall his name. They made sure that all our requests are met and our stay is is enjoyable. The other staffs at Front Desk and Spa are very kind too. The breakfast included in the reservations had a good variety as well, we got to try all the different dishes during our 4-days stay. You can also order GrabFood and had the staff to deliver to your villa, they’re very accommodating. Will definitely recommend eqUILIBRIA Seminyak to our friends and family that going to Bali.…

We stayed at Equilibria for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip to Bali and can't recommend this place enough. The booking process and coordinating the honeymoon package was seamless. Arriving to roses and everything was brilliant. Having dinner cooked in our villa was a magic experience as well. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional and knew our names, villa number and that we were on our honeymoon. Location is fantastic - walk to shops, bars and restaurants in around 50 metres but you don't hear any of the noise. Breakfast was great and coordinated from a large menu and delivered straight to our villa. If you are thinking of booking Equilibria don't hesitate. You will not regret it. In the heart of Seminyak, very Central, close to all restaurants and nightlife like the 'Red Carpet Champagnebar' and La Favela. Is this hotel able to give you this hidden paradise that gives you the luxury Villa experience. If I could go beyond giving an EXCELLENT rating I would. I stayed at eqUILBRIA SEMINYAK with my wife for a quick getaway from the daily grind and I can say Villa is far from one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. The ambiance of the Villa is tranquil and extremely Zen. We stayed in the Waterfall Villa which the trickling water sound at night and plush bed and linen made us sleep like babies. Getting up to a 5 star delectable breakfast in bed on one day and IN THE POOL the next, cannot be merely explained in words. The Spa facility where we had our massage may have been a bit pricer than others outside, however I can say the service offered and the technique of the masseuse is definitely incomparable to the cheaper options. Just imagine yourself strolling in seconds to the spa facility in your robe and coming back to your room all refreshed without the hassle of beating the streets after a relaxing massage. Being OCD, the entire premises was remarkably clean and our rooms housekeeping was done almost every time we returned and that could be 2-3 times a day, with a romantic note to set the tone for a beautiful evening. The accommodation also offers drop offs to anywhere you wish to go in Seminyak which made life so much easier. But by far the most impressive part of the experience was the service of all the staff. The owner or the manager there has done exceptionally well with their recruitment as everyone and I mean everyone was soooooo friendly and assisting. Our Butler, "Gede" which means "First Born Child" service was absolutely beyond words. He was so warm and caring and looked after us for the duration of our stay as if we were family members. I must say that he is definitely an asset to Villa and if you have the opportunity to stay there, definitely request for him. He also takes fantastic photos which will certainly please the Missus. Whilst many people reading this may believe that I am overselling the accommodation, but the truth is that I had a fantastic time with my wife that will be forever cherished by us both. You know a place is sensational when its not just only an accommodation, but an magnificent experience. We will definitely be back!…

I can’t praise this place enough. Anything and everything you want is on offer. The staff are amazing, shout out to the wonderful butlers Heri, Gede and Yudi. We chose here for our honeymoon/1st anniversary (delayed due to covid). We spent a great day in the spa having couples facials and massages. It was lovely. The in-house food was fresh and timely. We stayed in a waterfall villa and it was just perfect. Housekeeping are fabulous and we enjoyed many wonderful romantic surprises. Reception are warm and friendly and all transportation needs are dealt with efficiently. The airport pick ups were smooth and no hassle. I would love to return one day

We first went to Equilibria back in 2017. And we kept on going back to the same villa every time we visited Bali. It was my 5th time visited bali and staying at Equilibria. Never once was I disappointed with the service. We kept going back because of the bond that we had with the butlers and the ALL of Equilibria Teams. They are so kind, friendly and also helpful. The people that works there, that makes us come back again and again. But recently we stayed there on the 7th January 2023 - 13 January 2023. Very much disappointment that we don’t feel comfortable staying there. The bed is flimsy and so does the mattress and pillow. Also it was my son(16months) first time staying there. We didn’t had very much of a goodnight sleep for two days. As we try so much to adapt with the mattress as we don’t want to trouble the teams. On the 3rd day, we decided to informed the front Desk Fitria. She’s super nice. She attended to me asking if she could do anything to make us feel better. So she raised it up to the manager Pak Agus. He came to our Villa and gave us a solution if he could rent a mattress for us through out our stay. And so we agreed to it. He acted very fast and within an hour they sanitised the mattress and lay it out beautifully. Then we test it out and it was super comfortable to our liking. Maybe Equilibria needs a brand new mattress as I don’t felt it before what I felt recently, or maybe a spare mattress for customer that has a back problem. But I must say Equilibria Butler,front desk, Pak Agus and also Ibuk Ani and the rest of the spa team. They are all very helpful friendly and kind. Ela,Gede Ima,ibuk Ani(spa),Bayu,Kiki,Ugi,Ayu(spa),Yudis,Gede. And ofcause important person PAK AGUS. Thank you for making our stay comfortable after the mattress has been changed🤪. Sure I will visit again. But to stay again in Equilibria maybe after My babies are slightly bigger as they have lots of staircase and not baby friendly. Maybe when they changed the mattress. 🤔 Yet the people that I’ve mentioned always make me feel like home. Thank you again. P.S/Maybe change and improve on the breakfast menu as it is kind of boring.…

Such a beautiful villa to stay at!!! My partner and me thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Equilibria. The staff would go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay, they were so friendly! The pool was amazing, the bed was super comfy, the drinks were yummy, the food was nice, house keeping would do a great job and leave cute little messages every day - that was a nice touch!, the candle personalisation was beyond adorable, we felt like it was very private and felt safe throughout our stay, I recommend getting a massage at their spa as well and you’re also are able to book in their drivers which was so convenient! I would highly recommend staying here! ❤️😍

Stunning villa and amazing customer service. The villa is in a central location. Our villa was cleaned twice a day which was so good. Came for our honeymoon here and can’t fault it one bit. The complimentary 20 min massage here was great as well. The customer service received here was the best we have ever received, would come back here again without a doubt.
