This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at The Trans Resort Bali, and it certainly won't be the last! This time we had a great stay in one of the villas, which was luxurious! Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments. All the staff throughout the entire resort, are very welcoming with genuine smiles, and can't do enough to assist you, in making your stay a memorable one. Anyone who is looking at staying in Seminyak, whether it be for the first time, or have been many times, should check out The Trans Resort Bali, as it caters not only for couples, but also for families. We are looking forward to our next visit, and again staying in a villa. Many thanks to all at The Trans Resort. Julie & Rob
Beautiful main property, amazing pool area and wonderful warm staff. A huge thanks to the manager on duty, Mr. Kumang, who went out of his way to assist us during our short stay. Don’t meet genuine staff like him often. Thank you!
6 Star Hotel as the service from staff are so welcoming and willing to make sure your stay is fabulous, delicious breakfast with foods from around the world, the ambience, luxury rooms, and cocktails on the roof top lazing on big sofa beds with a blazing fire pit and view over Seminyak. Amazing!
The Trans resort Bali is total luxury, in every way - from the size of the rooms, the toiletries and facilities, to the food and the top notch, attentive service. My family and I felt totally looked after here.
From the moment you enter the enormous impressive lobby and encounter your first staff member of The Trans Resort you instantly feel welcome. Frequently during our stay and again at the end of our five days we often found ourselves saying that we couldn’t think of a single area for improvement. If a hotel deserves more than 5 stars then The Trans is certainly in this category. The Trans Resort is amazing. All rooms overlook the pools and each has a good sized balcony with comfy day bed and spa. We had a Premier Room which was spacious with a couch and desk. We never felt cramped. The king sized bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was large, well designed and had quality towels and amenities. The 4 bottles of water each day was ample. The Trans has 2 pools. One has pure white sand and is ideal for kids and somewhere to have a quick dip. The other pool is perfect for swimming or as a place to relax. Both pools are spotlessly clean. They were never crowded during our time there. Another plus is that there were always life guards on duty. There are enough day beds so thankfully there is no need for people to put out towels first thing in the morning to reserve one. Beach Volleyball was a popular activity. The Trans staff involved in the Beach Volleyball are an asset to the hotel. We didn’t have children with us but we couldn’t help but be impressed by the care provided by the Kids Club staff. The attention to cleanliness was most impressive. Not just housekeeping but general cleanliness throughout the resort. We have never witnessed such thorough cleaning. The Trans staff all wore masks and were very conscious of hygiene so we never had any concerns about Covid during our stay. Breakfast: where to start. We have travelled a lot and stayed in some excellent hotels but we have never seen such an extensive range of choices ranging from the buffet with egg station, soup station, Indonesian station, pastries and desserts, coffee, selections of breads, cereals etc. Plus there were quite a few options on the A La Carte menu. You can select from the A La Carte menu and buffet. The gym is a good size, very well equipped and has a staff member in attendance. The Trans is in an ideal location, allowing for the fact that it isn’t near the beach but has a Beach Pool, and all the restaurants in Eat Street are nearby as well as Naughty Nuri’s. We were able to walk to these restaurants in 10 - 15 minutes. Security always made sure that it was safe to cross the road. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and value for money. Even better than the facilities of The Trans are the staff. Absolutely everybody is cheerful, professional and happy to help. All the staff greet you with a smile. Some staff stood out over and above and deserve special mention: Aris at the pool, Luh Nik in the restaurant and Tria, a trainee, in the restaurant went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Dana, one of the managers, took the time to learn our names, have a chat and seek our feedback. Alex, the General Manager, spends time each day checking with guests to check that everything is going smoothly. The active involvement of Managers in talking to guests and seeking feedback is the sign of top quality service.…
This place was everything it promoted and everything the good reviews say. Although a busy street (where isn’t it busy in that area), it’s close to the main shopping and eating streets in Seminyak, and still walkable to beach. Facilities are good, rooms spacious. It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time. My 20yo daughter and I had a Premier Room overlooking the pool and restaurant- maybe that could get noisy if the hotel is busier but was fine for us. The private villas looked great and would be on my list next time. But the highlight of this place by some margin are the staff - there are lots of them, they work hard, are super friendly and beautiful people and deserve every tip they get. This includes everyone including the guys out the front managing traffic to the room cleaners, pool and gym guys, restaurant, reception etc etc. I didn’t even mind saying hello about 85 times each day…..will come again…
Staff bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. All the food, drink, cocktails, etc… was fantastic and the facilities were first rate. If you’re a couple, get a private villa. They’re honestly beautiful with your own pool and serviced by your personal butler.
Wow, wow, wow...stunning villas, great staff, wonderful ambience, incredible service. From the time you arrive you are introduced to your Butler who is there to assist you 24 hours a day. The Villas are incredibly lavish and located in a lush garden setting with a beautiful pool and cabana. This is The only place I I will be staying on my next trips to Bali.
We stayed at the Trans Resort for three nights before heading further afield in Bali. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect and we had a flawless experience at the resort. The quality and service of the staff is amazing which is really saying something when the level of service and friendliness of the population is already very high. Every staff member without exception has a real “can do” attitude and appears to genuinely enjoy working at the resort. The resort is also completely wheelchair accessible with the exception of the gym. We were however able to get around this issue with help from the staff. The breakfast and coffee was amongst the best we have had in Bali. I also particularly appreciated Alex (who is the resort general manager) approaching us to inquire how I found the resort as a wheelchair user. Our girls gave it a rating of infinity out of 5! Absolutely top notch and will definitely come again!…
Spent 3 nights in May 22 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service from check in , restaurant, room service & all the personal were fantastic. We booked the romantic dinner & can highly recommend it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. This was our 2nd stay and we were a bit nervous because of the aftermath of Covid but the whole experience was fantastic & even better than the first time. Can’t wait to be back. All the best to the whole team.
