This was my families 1st stay at Peppers. So we did our research. The photos of the villas are exactly what they look like. When we 1st walked in, the villa was breath taking, absolutely stunning. The villas are as pretty as the pictures. The resort was very clean and tidy. My family felt very safe, there is security at the front, back gate and walking around at night. The Peppers staff are all beautiful people. Always smiling and happy and ready to help. You will not regret staying at Peppers Perfect place for a perfect holiday.

We were very impressed with the villa and resort facilities. The villas are lovely and private and the shared facilities including the restaurant, pool & spa were clean & tranquil. All of the staff were very friendly, from the dront desk, to housekeeping, buggy drivers, restaurant and kids club staff we were blown away with how friendly they were, they were all amazing with my young daughter and all helped us booking day trips and even arranging a little surprise set up with flower in our room for our anniversary. I would highly recommend staying here & will be back!

This was my 6th stay at Peppers, what can I say! The resort facilities & villas are outstanding, BUT the staff are the BEST!!!! From the security staff at the front gate, reception, restaurant, bar, housekeepers, bell boys, buggy drivers and maintenance staff etc ...are so friendly and very helpful. Special mentions to the following staff, Yuni, Astini, Dian, Inda, Heri, Oka, Alit, Kiwi, Agus, Chandra, Yuni & Ashih@Guest Experience, Dhea@spa, Vindya, Ratna, I could go on and on, all the Peppers staff go above and beyond to make your stay an amazing one! They are the reason we continue to come back to Peppers year after year. They are like family now. It was also great to meet the GM Jan. 3 couples stayed in a 3 bedroom Royal Pool Villa booked through Luxury Escapes. This is the first time I have booked a LE deal and it didn’t disappoint. Free airport pick up included. Driver was waiting at airport for us at 10.30pm for easy check in. Villa was beautiful and very spacious. Main area was always nice and cool and had a water cooler so we always had drinking water. Each bedroom had a beautiful huge bath and shower. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The pool area and day beds were a nice place to hang out with the group. Breakfast included was tasty and plentiful. The ladies serving breakfast are all so lovely and always up for a chat. The entire staff are just so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The LE deal included 2 hours free flow cocktails which was a great time to hang around and have a game of pool. The cocktails were very good quality too. 3 free massages a day also which were thoroughly enjoyed and the spa was a gorgeous room to relax in. Location is awesome in the middle of Seminyak. Staff will buggy you to street where it is a short walk to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. I highly recommend Peppers Seminyak and the Luxury Escapes deal too if you can catch it.…

I could write a novel on how fantastic our stay at Pepper's Seminyak was. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed so warmly that we instantly felt like family. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. High end, stunning accommodation. Definitely lives up to the Pepper's name. But, the reason that this place out ranks everywhere else is the staff. Oh my goodness. I have never met so many beautiful people in one place ! Such stunning, professional, warm, and truly lovely souls. Every morning we were picked up by a golf buggy and shuttled to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Everyone remembered our names. My little boy (4) was treated like a super star. The food was fantastic. The service was exceptional. I've never seen a place where every single person working there were happy and courteous, and genuinely wanted to create an experience for their guests. Every detail of our 3 bedroom (upgraded) villa was luxurious, with thought put into every detail. The bathroom was stunning. The towels were big and soft. The shampoo to the soap smelled like lemon grass and freshness. The air conditioning was cold. There was a filtered water dispenser in our kitchen that was refilled on request. The plunger coffee was delicious. I found the ease of use for the TV really useful. Especially with a tired toddler. The array of channels was impressive. I have been trying to find out what type of bed I slept in so I can order one for home. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed. We had our laundry done for us. Anything we needed, someone was there within minutes to help. We spent half the day in the pool and ate delicious food by the side of the pool right through happy hour. Then headed for massages at the spa within feet of the pool and restaurant. I seriously could talk about this place for pages and pages. I was already trying to book in our next stay before we had even checked out. Thank you so much to Munika, Ketut and everyone at Pepper's Seminyak. The villas were clean and well furnished. You can visit the restaurants nearby with just a short walk. The villa can arrange transport to the road outside to shorten your walk. Activities were readily available for booking and reservation was a total breeze for us as the staff helped to book the tickets and transport, it’s like a one-stop service place. There is also an indoor kids playground for young children where our younger kid would go to every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the in-villa bbq. As we have young children, they were very kind to accede to our request to have a non-spicy soup for the meal. In short, everything was exceptional! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful which made our stay a very enjoyable and comfortable. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The private pool villa is what we booked for which was amazing, but we were also highly impressed by all the other resort amenities. Peppers provides authentic Balinese-style villas with modern luxury features. A very welcoming resort with plenty of room in the outdoor/indoor dining areas which is located poolside with the bar. Special mentions to Kris, Indan, Asih and other staff at the front desk, bar, kitchen, housekeeping and massage therapists. A highly enjoyable experience all around.

We were a family of 6 who stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom Presidential villa. It was our first time at Peppers as on our previous trips to Bail we have always stayed in a private villa. I have to say that I was very impressed with the whole experience and how well we were looked after. Nothing was too much bother and the staff are probably the best I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of travelling. The villa and pool area was stunning and we enjoyed our days of not doing anything and sitting by the pool. All the room service food was reasonably priced and restaurant quality which was enjoyed several times in our own private dining room in our villa. Breakfast was an absolute treat every morning and the staff were outstanding and went out of their way to remember our names. Special mention to Asini, Kris, Ketut, Okai and Asih for the best service and genuine interest in our little family.…
