It was a family trip to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The person who came to the airport at dawn was nice and kind. The hotel staff were all nice. The room was in good condition. I asked for a room cleaning during the schedule, but when I came back after the tour, it was neatly arranged. I was so happy.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We were able to relax in a quiet space:) In addition, all the staff were kind and we were able to spend my time with peace of mind. If we have a chance to come to Bali again, we definitely want to come again.

recently stayed at Villa Air Boutique Tesory and it exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is stunning with luxurious amenities, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, it's a wonderful hotel that offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3N at Luxury pool villa and it was an excellent stay. The resort itself is very nice, neat and clean with good feel in middle in Seminyak area. Its a small resort with 16 villas and actually that makes is more unique. Villa was clean, neat with nice outdoor sitting area. Staff was attentive and always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent with all freshly cooked. Rooms does show bit of ageing, but overall service and villa layout make us forget that. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa which was beautiful and quiet. The villa was spacious with a clean pool, large bedroom, bathroom and open plan living/dining/kitchen. It really was a sanctuary in busy Seminyak / Petitenget. Everything was in good order with the exception of the bedside tv that probably needed replacing/repairing as everything was a shade of green. We ate at the restaurant and had room service a few times, both were good. Our only comment is that we'd like to see more simple poolside / snack options on the room service menu. It all seemed a bit fussy and we used grab when we'd have rather ordered in-house. Breakfast was good served at the villa. There are many very good brunch cafes an easy stroll outside as well. I would like to thank the staff for their care & kindness to my partner who was struggling with some vertigo symptoms while on holiday. Mika in particular, but all the staff were lovely. We had a hard time leaving Villa Air and although we aren't huge Seminyak fans, we would love to stay there again. …

The Good: * We arrived late at night and the staff had prepared a sandwich for us in case we were hungry, It's often the small things that make a difference. * Staff were great, always friendly and helpful. * The 1 bedroom pool villa was nicely laid out and a pleasure to return to after a trip out. * The villa has a dispenser that provides filtered boiling and chilled water. * Every evening 3 or 4 staff would come to our villa. They would light a citronella coil, sweep the grounds of leaves and remove leaves from the pool, turn on all the lights and turn back our bed. The Not So Good: * As others have mentioned some of the facilities are showing their age, eg. loose taps, cabinets that don't close, etc. * The breakfast, while always very nice, remained unchanged and after a few days became repetitive. * The villa has cooking facilities but there is only one small pan. No knives for preparation and no cooking utensils. * The resort is not located on a busy street which makes it nice and peaceful...apart from the renovation noise from next door. Obviously not the resorts fault though. Summary: The Villa Air Bali, while not perfect, is a nice place to stay. The location was good and as mentioned the staff were great. We also very much enjoyed having our own pool.…

Villa air is located 5 minutes from the main shopping street in Seminyak and 10 min away from the beach clubs in the area. We stayed here during our trip to Bali and we really enjoyed our stay. We opted for the one bedroom private villa and loved it. Staff is always available to help and the villa is perfect for a romantic getaway. The room is big and the outdoor area by the pool is perfect to relax after exploring or spending some hours shopping. There is also a great spa in the property where we did a Balinese massage. Was good and relaxing. Perfect place for couples and families. Will be back on our next trip to Bali!

Enjoyed our time at Villa Air Seminyak. Good location in Seminyak And great customer service! Beautiful traditional Balinese entertainment during dinner. We had a spa treatment with one of their signature massage and it was just pure bliss! The villas were very clean and spacious. Can organise floating breakfast which was lovely.
