Location: 5-10 mins walk to beach and popular places in seminyak like potato head, motel mexicola and bodywork spa (advance++ booking required though). Right beside Mrs sippy but yet quiet enough for good rest and away from the busy streets Service: tip top! Prompt responses via whatsapp, from cleaning request to enquiries and asking for help with recommendations and making restaurant/spa bookings via landline. Staff is always smiling and polite, ready to go above and beyond to make your stay better/easier (eg helped to install safety gate at staircase for my toddler, and coordinated toy rental) Cleanliness: very clean with daily housekeeping, will clear leaves from the pool too. Super thoughtful, provides water dispenser with hot/room temp water and even fills up a jug of water daily for brushing teeth as they are near the sea and tap water gets salty. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant despite having young and old with us. Would be so perfect if brekkie option is back (kitchen temp closed), or if they partner with nearby cafe/ restaurant for room service. Kitchen can be slightly more equipped with knife, peeler, scissors etc. time to refresh some of your sheets/ towels too :)…

Very spacious, clean, the staff are all very helpfull. All the necessaties are available. Soft bed and fluffy pillow. Plus point is the additional a gallon of mineral water in the room with hot and cold selections, which very helpful and convenience.. Never drink tap water anywhere in Indonesia We will be back.

Great location. Great service. Great villa for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff are so helpful and the bonus was the Finn’s recreational vip membership! We had the best day. And they also have access to the alila pool beach club. Construction next door - couldn’t hear a single thing all day- will be great when finished, looks to be a nice set of restaurants. It’s a very nice villa, clean and well maintained. The villa is private and quite, in a very good location, with many options from brunch to drinks. Very helpful staff, they helped us staying until our flight. It’s a very good choice for long weekends and frequent travellers to Bali.

Went on girls trip. We had penthouse (3bedroom) The villa was clean and modern. The hospitality is great. One of the room's aircon was abit hot but was still ok. Will recommend to friends or go back again.

Located within walking distance to many popular beach clubs/coffee spots in Seminyak yet away from the busy traffic for a good nights rest. Irwan and Sintya was very helpful with recommendations and made our stay so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back!

The villa had a great location which allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit in Seminyak, such as Kudeta, Potato Head, Mexicola (didn't go in the end but its literally a stone's throw away). Relative short walk to most coffee places like Revolver, Sisterfields and TEMU. We were super happy to chance upon Bias Courtyard which was 5 mins away, where they serve literally everything - coffee, gelato, breakfasts, Indo food. Housekeeping was on point and super pleased with the bed and pillows! Irwan and Sintya were fantastic and had so many recommendations whenever we had questions. We wanted to plan a birthday surprise for our friend and it was really sweet that the staff were as excited as us.

Really love the stay here! The villa is very nice and clean! And the best part : the service is excellent! All the staffs are friendly and helpful 💗 Location is strategist too. Many stores and restaurant and beach club within walking distance. I will definetely come back again.

Nice place , staff understanding when I wanted to change my villa. Overall my family enjoyed it alot thanks for welcoming me to BALI! Worth the price and nice swimming pool, breakfast was good, only hiccup on the 1st day when they didn tell me full choice of food avail.
