Came here last week and found that the hotel still CLOSED. The information I got that the hotel closed for more than 1 year already, since March 2020. Hope they doing the right thing as this hotel was well known with humidity, smell inside their rooms and poor maintenance.

When we travel we always prefer to stay in a Sheraton hotels. Four points again was our choice when we booked Bali trip. Especially this one was ok, no complain about. Staff very friendly and kind, once we get lost in narrow streets of Kuta and they helped us to find the way to the hotel. Nearby was many cafe and restaurants. Beach in 15 min walking. Can recommend anyone who looking for a hotel with western standards of quality in budget price range.

This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are really what makes it. I stay here for the second time over new years because I wanted to come back and see the people who made my first stay so special. I cannot wait to come back again! The staff go above and beyond for you. The cooking class with Iluh was also really special to me. A special show out to Iluh, Dewa, Gede! They are the best people, so glad I met them :)

Stay there for a few days, really bad hotel, it is not like other Marriott hotels. Poor quality hotel, maintenance really bad, don’t know what engineering people are doing as everything are broken and the finishing of job are really poor. AC is not cold, no sound proof as you can hear clearly people walking & talking outside, water is not hot enough, room is smell and not fresh. It is more like a motel not a hotel, breakfast is so so, a la carte menu Restaurant floor is really bad, pool deck also in bad shape, cheap floor in lobby and restaurant downstairs. Would not recommend this hotel, you did not get the quality with the rate that you pay.

We have stayed here one night before flying back. Many selections of pubs, bars, restaurants are nearby the hotel. Nice lobby and quick check in. Our room was very big and clean. I always love the bed and pillows of Marriott brand. My quality of sleep drove maximum level when staying here. Sadly, my departure flight was very early, I could not enjoy much the facilities here. Definitely, we will come back next time.

Went for cocktails at Above but took over 30 mins for our order to arrive very poor service especially as we where their only customers and there was at least 6 people to serve us at the bar at the price for 6 drinks it was outrageous,especially as they were not very alcoholic in taste.

The staff makes this place extra special . We come back again and again . Our favorite room is always kept free for us . The breakfast is amazing and offers you the best healthiest options which we have not seen in many other ,more expensive hotels . We like the location , it’s quiet and the empty beach is just a few minutes walk away . For a very reasonable price you get amazing value at this four points by Sheraton . The staff is exceptional and makes everything extra smooth and enjoyable . Iluh the chef prepares anything you want , all other staff is amazing unfortunately am I bad with names otherwise I would mention them all . Good luck and thanks to The Whole team , hope to see you again soon Alex and Georgie from Fiji The gym equipment needs a bit TLC please

We had a junior suite and it was spacious and well appointed. It did have a smart tv and a lounge area. Everyone was friendly although may not have been as polished as the other hotel we had stayed at. For example pool service was very slow and I had to ask for a menu and then I had to go to the bar to order. The roof top bar was great. Monday and Wednesday night duo was really good to listen to. Overall the food was lovely both at breakfast and dinner. The meal prices were reasonable and the cocktails were on par with other places. It is a small resort with one pool and one eating area ( the downstairs eating area was closed due to the lack of customers). The location is good and the shuttle services to Seminyak square is good but be aware it is only one way. It is about a 30 Minute walk back if you feel you need the exercise or a $3AUS ride in a blue bird taxi. Staff friendly. Good value and happy with our stay. There other hotels that perhaps offer a little better service and a larger and have more facilities. I have rated 3 star because other hotels offer more luxury for the same price.

We stayed at four points Seminyak during our last bali trip. It was one of our best trips because we chose this amazing accommodation. Breakfast is first class, rooms are luxurious and comfy, bathroom is clean and wide. Pool is so good. Location is just few mins drive to Seminyak centre. Everything was perfect. The staffs are so lovely and efficient. Thank you Four Points Seminyak for an amazing experience. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I recently visited Bali and stayed at this hotel. We could not of asked for better service, rooms were outstanding, staff were so friendly always greeting you as you walked by. It was my wife and I wedding anniversary whilst we were over there and the staff were kind enough to leave complimentary flowers and cake waiting for us in the room. Would 100% stay there again in a heart beat.
