We had booked this Villa as it was in the centre of Seminyak and we were not disappointed. It is very clean and modern we had the 3 room Villa on the Rooftop with our own private pool, Butler Service and lounging area it was absolutely spectacular. The booking came with Butler Service that attended to our breakfast needs in the morning and anything we needed throughout the day. We had fresh fruits, cereals and choices of breakfast dishes both traditional as well as North American type cuisine. We spent a good portion of the morning swimming in the pool chatting or having a drink at poolside and after a long day, a dip at midnight was amazing. Our Butler Service was excellent they introduced us to the most valuable guide in Bali Ketut who I would highly recommend he speaks English fluently is knowledgeable about some of the tours and we use them throughout our stay he can be reached at tourbalinese@gmail.com I quite liked his service and would highly recommend him. Love the serenity of the place, we enjoyed the space and Al thought the resort was “full house” you don’t feel that, you see squirrels, birds around. Not much mosquitoes at all unlike other resort we stayed before. Udin our butler was not only kind and excellent, but even went out of his way to let us try local delicacies when we told him about it. They rotate breakfast options. Cooked right at your villa. Served hot. He also arranged and advised the timing of our breakfasts on our last day to ensure we get to the airport on time and unrushed. They do make you feel at home and safe. I don’t know if it’s the TWG chamomile or the peppermint that did it, but everything was well thought of. Even the fridge we can use to put fruits and the water generously provided with dispenser! Loved how Sinta booked restaurants, arranged our transport around Seminyak for shopping, quick money change, and to even other Spas , although we did try their’s too and it was lovely. My partner and I recently stayed at One Eleven in Seminyak and it was the most lovely experience. This was our first time leaving the country together and travelling to Bali and the One Eleven staff made us feel so welcome and at home it was amazing! We couldn't have asked for more welcoming staff who were so lovely and sweet. We stayed for 7 nights from the 18th-15th June. We were allocated villa 8, which was the 2nd from the end as they are all in a row from reception. This place is absolute perfection, you could easily not leave the whole time you are there. The villa was huge, the pictures are exactly what you get and are not misleading. The pool had a good temperature, so you could use it day or night. The floating bean bag was heaven. The staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble, just a WhatsApp away and all your desires are met. You can walk into Seminyak from the villa, and next door there are 2 supermarkets. Breakfast is made in your villa at the time you request (although you may need to work around the other villas times, depending on who books a slot first). You choose your options the day before, they had a gluten/dairy free menu but it didn’t change, so it would be nice to see that expand. Some other suggestions (very minor) would be an umbrella for the pool as we moved the sunbeds to the grass for shade, a clock on the wall in the kitchen so you can see the time whilst floating on your bean bag! A different doorbell for each villa, as sometimes you would get up thinking it was your door but it was next door. We got the floating snacks twice, which were really good, we would suggest a smaller floating snack menu as this would have encouraged us to have it on a daily basis as it is quite large. There are not many places we have stayed that we would consider going back to, but this is one, if only they had others around the world to visit.…

It was an incredible Experience. The villa exceeded all my expectations. The villa is very spacious, modern design, new furniture and interior, luxurious details. Spacious living room and separate massage area. Very nice and friendly staff, were attentive to all requests. The resort is conveniently located, walking distance to the sea, restaurants and stores. The resort has an amazing Japanese restaurant. Best Sushi. Breakfast is cooked by the cook in the villa. Highly recommend to everyone!

As a family of 5 we enjoyed the 3 bedroom penthouse, the only room where children can stay. We had a fantastic time and a massive thanks to all the super helpful, friendly and accommodating staff - they literally couldn’t do enough to make your stay amazing. The space was large as was the pool. Two of the rooms are joined by a shared shower room and one master room with its own shower room. Given the room doors open onto the decking area and pool we altered the sleeping arrangements so an adult was in the shared room and one in the master - I hadn’t really thought of this set up before arrival. The living area is open to the elements. There were lots of bugs when we arrived but possibly as it had been airing for a few days, and very few after that so quickly dealt with. I hadn’t appreciated just how busy this part of Seminyak is, 1 11 is like your little oasis. You will not be stuck to find places to eat on a short walk to Eat Street (although pavements aren’t really a thing!). Room service was great as was breakfast served in your room - the daily sweet choice of pancakes, waffles and French toast was a hit with us! The hotel airport collection was very handy as was the hotel shuttle to get around Seminyak, although you might find it is quicker to walk to some restaurants as the traffic is generally very busy.…

It’s our 2nd time in Bali after 16 years. 1st time was so bad staying @ someplace that I can’t even remember. So now we decided to try Bali and stayed in One Eleven for 5D4N with no regrets! Nice villa, with big clean rooms, a big bed, clean toilets, and a massive pool as well, also a great part was the villa it’s only a few minutes walk from Main Street in Seminyak… Food in Villa is delicious too so you don’t have to leave the villa 🤭 IT WAS GREAT AND WONDERFUL VILLA with very friendly and helpful staffs, especially Sinta 😍 thank you! Highly recommend One Eleven and definitely will be back again!

We spent 5 nights at One Eleven in September and we loved it ! Having been to Bali many, many tines, and staying in various pool villas over the years, this is our top of the list. The location is perfect. The villa grounds and pool are massive. House Keeping team was impeccable. The food was fab. The shuttle service was handy. And the staff where amazing! A big shout out and thank you to Komank, Lawya, Mira and Udin (and the Security Team) who all looked after us and our every need and made us feel like we were coming “home“ at the end of each excursion. Best villa I have ever stayed at.. very friendly and very clean, rooms were sensational, big bed and massive pool as well, also a great part was the villa was a 2 minute walk from Main Street in Seminyak 10/10
