I was a bit appalled when I arrived at this hotel because it was empty and I felt that I was the only guest there. Maybe it's because of the low season and the corona virus outbreak effect. First I would like to start with the room corridor on the first floor..it was very dark, gloomy, shabby and looked run down. I noticed that there are reviewers here that complained about the corridor's strong fragrance and I would have to agree. The aroma is too strong and perhaps a wrong choice. The hotel should consider reducing it because a gloomy, dark corridor with a pungent smell is not a good combination. It gives a feeling of creepiness. The room itself, was...a bit different from the internet pictures. It was a bit crammed and tiny, especially the shower and toilet. Yes, I know this hotel adopts a minimalist or petite or unconventional concept but it should not sacrifice convenience and comfort. I think the room can still be expanded by taking out the unnecessary furniture and corners and re-configuring the layout. It just felt very dark and small. And only two main pillows? Should be four at the minimum. A winning point for me for this hotel was the staffs. They were responsive and helpful. My AC's room had a trouble and was really hot. I wanted to call the front desk, but the room's phone was this chargeable wireless phone which is quite rare used by hotel nowadays. Picked up the phone to call, but the battery ran out. I think you should just use a normal wire phone. So I had to go down to the front desk and told them about the issue, and they were quick to respond. Technician was quick in fixing it. So, hats off to the staffs. Overall, I think the hotel has seen better days. It is now lacking a new and fresh touch, giving it a sense of withering, old and shabby. It's a bit ironic because this hotel has potential. It is strategically located and the staffs were nice.…

Staff was very helpful. We had a very late check in and no issues.Overall good value for money. we had a transit stopover and were not really looking for more than a good bed to sleep. Were happy with the shuttle facility to the town centre.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here and have to comment on the great staff. Everyone provided great service and rushed to accommodate our every need. Everyone was polite and had a smile for us. The hotel was clean and fresh and in a central location with a nice rooftop bar.

For the price you get better hotels to stay in Seminyak. Rooms are good, clean but overall hotel doesn't give positive atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and polite. Advantage of booking this hotel is you get a local transport in Seminyak area for free.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Had a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. We regret not staying here for more days. If we go again to bali we would surely stay here.

Lovely little hotel, staff are excellent and extremely helpful always with a smile, love the mobile for ringing the concierge when you need a lift, nothing is too much for the staff all in all a good experience.

I am regular and come every year... and every time I find another surprise ...from nice fresh looking hotel with a spa it had become sad looking 3 start hotel on the first look with no Spa ! The lobby and last floor terrace get constantly renovated without any need .( I understand the owners spend a lot of money every time ) ..every time to the worse ( honestly they should fire the designer) , but what really need to be done is room soundproof ... the problem is between the rooms especially connecting rooms that are many ! One can hear every step and every word in the next room ( no way to rest this is the worse part ) , ... And they need to buy new bathrobes and replace the one that have shrinked to children size ... the toilet need upgrading as well as bathrooms that are both old so housekeeping has a challenge to keep the place clean ...The breakfast is getting worse every year ... it was fantastic 2 years ago then it was ok last year and now worsen ( portion and presentation too) , location of breakfast is worse ( hate to sit facing the street and have gasoline smell when you eat ) ...the terrace on the top floor where they have it before was great place to have breakfast but they change it - god knows why ! They keep changing furniture of the dining place and light furniture before is replaced by heavy unpractical one ! The staff is great and try to fulfill every wish but they really need new uniform - honestly I am only coming due to staff attention that is keeping the hotel together ! The owners really need to watch... if they don’t do something they will loose costumers to the new neighbors next door that is picking up the business ! And they have better price too ! …

Chose this hotel because of is member of SLH , I left the message through the Agoda about my birthday trip , hotel prepared sweet decor in my room , also have slide of chocolate cake for me . Staff are really friendly, helpful and cute , they have butler service for 24hours , it’s really good when you tired of walk , just call your butler , he would arrange shuttle for you . Breakfast was so good , I tried the Indonesian breakfast, like Chinese porridge, but much way better than Chinese style , I love it .
