Villa Alexandra is located in Kassandra Halkidiki, 500 m before Polichrono village, in a location that combines the endless blue sea and the green pine trees. Our year-long presence in tourist accommodation has allowed us to create a beautiful place for you to enjoy during your holidays, in comfort and bliss. Villa Alexandra is a family business and it consists of two independent buildings. Villa Alexandra Studios-Apartments is located on the seafront and Villa Alexandra Suites is situated 40 metres beyond. Both buildings have a separate garden and parking lot.

I stayed at the villa last week of August with my family and friends I can only say that it is awesome, peace and quiet, sea just a few steps, private beach...Owners great, not intrusive and kind .If are looking to relax, but really, definitely visit Villa Alexandra.I would love to come again.

I've been here several times in the past 2 years and i must say it is the best villa in greece! The front yard where is the beach is absolutely amazing, especialy when you are with a new born baby!! Have to say that it's for families only because the owners have very strict policy about the place, witch is not sp great,but completely worth it,just for the beauty of the beach and sea. Going back for sure next summer!

Very good apartment on excellent location away from the usual crowd in Polichrono in top season. The town is reachable by foot. The front yard and the beach are wonderful. The entrance tо the sea is covered with stones but the owners put sand bags which makes a nice path. The owners have very strict rules about the place that should be respected, but they come across a little too strong. If we choose to go in Polichrono again we will chooses this apartment. All in all we had a great time.

We are coming to Villa Alexandra for the last 6 years and it is the best place to come in Greece with children:). We started when our daughter was 2 years and still enjoy it now at 8. It is a place where sleeping hours are respected, so both ourself and the children can enjoy some holiday peace. There is a big, nice, green yard in front of the sea, so you can either stay on the beach or in the yard, the sun beds are free in either place:). We also enjoyed the easy way of managing all the baby/children needs due to the close location of the room and the beach (so, we didn't have to carry a big, heavy bag with us twice a day, but simply go in the room and take the toy/fruit/juice/water etc - parents knows:)). Also, going there by car, it was simple for us to take food and cook in the room (usually for breakfast and lunch) or go out to have dinner in one of the nice restaurants in Polihrono or surroundings. The hosts are always kind and will find a way to help you. Definitely a great place to enjoy the sun, the clean water and a comfortable holiday with children! We took 7 days in the first year, 10 in the second and since then we constantly stayed around 3 weeks:).

We enjoyed our stay and the hosts are great! The place is beautiful,right at the beach with huge garden area. You have to bring mosquito repelents with you but everything else is great. Supermarket 5 minutes by car. Thessaloniki an hour. Really clean and has everything you need.

Unreal and amazing ambience in the courtyard of Villa Alexandra is a great place to rest those who want privacy and isolation from the noise. Everything is subordinate to it and every detail is done with love and care. We were with small children on holiday and the first time we came back and that we never got tired on vacation. The ambiance and feeling are similar to our own home, just as in the case of houses on the coast. We are sending a top recommendation for this Villa and we'll be back there in the near future ... The only drawback is rocky entrance into the sea, it can be easily arranged, but compared to everything else that is not so important ...

One of the best places in Polichrono. Big nice garden, closed internal area and direct exit to the sea. Rooms are very clean and comfortables.Fully equipped kitchen. A lot of restaurants/shops within 20 minutes of walk. Not so overcrowded with tourists as center of village. Polihrono very good situated by car you can get most of beautiful places in Kassandra within 1 hour. We strongly recommend to stay at Villa Alexandra!

Villa Alexandra is on perfect location especially for families with young children.The villa has a beautiful garden with access to the sea. Apartments have everything that is necessary and they are very clean. The hosts are kind and they will find a way to help you.

This property is managed in a strange way. It is self service studios, where you have to take care of everything. When you are on a vacation in such a place you do not have big expectations, but here you have to buy for yourself toilet paper, garbage bags etc. Ususally you receive new bed linen and cleaning every 3 or 5 days. Here you receive new towels and only top bed sheets delivered in a bag.
Furniture is very basic. In the dining room you do not have a sofa. Instead there is a bed covered with white bedsheets. Bathroom is not for tall people. Its. max. height is 190 cm. There is one small TVset per studio. Our TV was without remote control and with 5 greek speaking channels and no more. Foreigners actually do not have TV. There is free WiFi with low speed and weak signal. It was covering 1 of all 3 rooms in the studio.
There is BBQ in the yard but you have to buy the coal in order to use it.
I chose the place based on internet reviews and the site of the place, but the reaity is a bit lower than what is presented on the net.

Thank you very much for your comment. Reviews always help us improve our services. According to our effort of ongoing improvement, we have started with the renovation of this building. Nevertheless, our non professional photos are highly descriptive and show the furniture. Additionally, all our services are described on our webpage. Maybe the term self catering was misunderstood. As far as the Wi-Fi service is concerned, we pay for the fastest internet connection, that the provider can give us, and there are all the necessary installations done. Finally, we want to mention that we are at your disposal all day long to hear your comments live. If you had said to us for example, that you were given only top sheets, I would have immediately corrected the mistake.
