The hotel is located centrally and the rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable and so are the bathrooms. It was warm during the night and sleep quality was high. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful, courteous and funny :). We were recommended a lovely place to dine and a table was also booked for us. We stayed here during Rimini Fiera and will be coming back as it's very conveniently linked to the fiera. Overall, a wonderful stay.
Room was adequate. I found the bed rather too firm for my liking. This hotel does not have a restaurant but one is spoilt for choices within 500 meters.Breakfast was good.Mostly sweet but also an excellent selection of regional cold meats and cheeses. Friendly helpful staff. I would return
Not a vast number of options for hotels in the very small town of Santarcangelo, but if you have decided to spend the night here, you probably won't find a better option. Just slightly (very slightly) away from the main heart of the busy town square, you'll have a very comfortable, quiet stay in this classicly modern space, for a relatively OK rate. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, with seating as well as sleeping and the linens are clean and fresh. There's no coffee and tea or drinking water in the rooms, which seems a shame, but everything else you'd need, including very good free Wifi is available. Bathrooms are spacious, but only come with showers, not tubs, but towels are clean, fresh and every amenity is provided. Breakfast is plentiful, although perhaps they could be a bit more thoughtful about covering items as flies crawling on eggs are never an appetizing sight. The staff are very friendly, although I would suggest that if the maids do insist on starting work at 8:00am, they are a little more thoughtful about those guests still sleeping. That's the only noise level that is truly intrusive. Check out is also very early at 10:00AM. Staff will help you with things to see, brochures, maps, bookings etc. All in all a good experience.…
Spent 4nights here to attend family wedding. It is in centre of Santarcangelo Di Romagna so not far to walk to bars, restaurants and the sights. Offered a very pretty room in annexe with painted fresco on ceiling and furnished with antiques but as I have a mobility problem we opted for a more modern bedroom with lift access. Comfortable bed, en suite ,fridge bar, safe, radio and telephone. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Continental breakfast was good. They also have a bar. All employees were very friendly, they spoke English but practised my Italian with them. Had a lovely stay.
The hotel itself was pleasant enough. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and functional. On street parking is free if you can get one of the parking permits, otherwise you pay from about 8am to 6pm (prices/ times signposted) There is however, no restaurant and the breakfast buffet was plain but plentiful. The free wifi was very flaky (although had a 20mb connection speed when it worked) and you had to log in every hour or so with a complicated code which is on a small printed receipt. I am not a "culture vulture", so the surroundings were lost on me and local facilities were pretty poor. This was a hotel booked by my company's agent and is not the sort of hotel I would book for myself.
