We had a nice stay at this lovely hotel. Ideal for a quiet weekend. Breakfast was super with a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. A top location on top of a hill with great views. Recommended !

No staff at reception. Manager or Head not available. Is more a big name than reality. Owner arrogant and since very well known in the region acts to his rules. Restaurant average, expected it to be more impressive, because if so much advertising about it. It's dark, overpopulated, hot and small . No big deal as a hotel, a bit...

Excellent location in a 13th century hilltop village, with commanding views from our super-quiet room. Bed was so comfortable that we missed breakfast ... but did manage to stroll through the orangery later whilst they were cleaning up a huge buffet - will have to come back for that at least. Though there are many other reasons, including the very...

We enjoyed our two night stay here. The view was wonderful as were the rooms and the service. The food here was excellent, too. Fine dining at it's best! It was a great place to stay and I would enjoy coming back!

This is a very nice Hotel to stay for several days. The restaurant is really very good, you will not want to leave the table, the diner is superb. The rooms are very nice it gives a romantic feeling, they have several rooms and you will like it. Breakfast is also very pleasant and you have many choices to choos...

this is an ok stop if you pass by this area. There is little to do and see, but it's calm and the breakfast is good. Also good wellness area and pool, although cold. The prizes are fair and the rooms were ok (we had to change room). The adjacent restaurant is brilliant.

"What a view!" is something you will definitely say every time you are eating breakfast on the terrace outside. The infinity pool provides the same feeling... The breakfast itself was perfect and very diverse. Having diner in the area can however be quite tricky. There are not many options and the ones there are are in my opinion too expensive...

Finally found the hotel and managed to snag one of the few remaining parking spots. Most of the little village closed or seemed to be. Stayed in 2nd floor room with tiny windows overlooking the farms below but lots of space. Shower an overcomplicated nightmare with some moldy grout. Room was atmospheric but mini fridge noisy. Restaurant was gourmet and...

The hotel is on a beautiful location and has perfect suroundings for hiking etc., also very nice decorated and has good facilities. Major thing what's missing is passion of the personel and especially the owner. Never felt really welcome, ahen asking things, always very short answer, nothing extra. I real pity, but next time not in this hotel!

This was the first hotel we stayed in during a driving tour of Germany. We stayed here for two nights during a very quiet May weekend, travelling with another couple. The hamlet perched on top of a hill is straight from a history book, with every building looking like it hasn't changed in hundreds of years, but beautifully kept. The...
