A very excellent experience :) Although I hesitated for a moment to give 4/5 because of the high price, but I saw that the price was appropriate due to the demand to control the number of residents and their standard of living to keep the place in the same splendor and beauty 1. The beach and the swimming pool: it was very beautiful and the service of the beach and the swimming pool was very beautiful, especially Shazly, he was very helpful and cheerful and did nothing to prevent everyone in the swimming pool 2. To start off this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They decided to advertise free wifi but once you get here your wifi is in “public” areas meaning your rooms will not have wifi. Explain to me how the beach has wifi but not my room? I shouldn’t need to go outside to be able to do work or use my phone. Second the gym closes way to early 8pm meaning you can’t enjoy dinner then go to the gym at night when most the gym is the most active. Now being an Arab country there should be shisha(hookah) in the hotel there isn’t any so you can’t enjoy a nice shisha on the beach. There isn’t much for kids expect a small kids club which is mainly for baby’s and some pools. This hotel only has to offer the beach and good food. Their are some water sports but once the sunsets you have no activitys to part take in. Paying the big price to stay at this resort I don’t think it’s worth it. There’s also nothing outside the resort you go out and see the desert sand. This resort is not meant for teens or young adults it’s meant for older audience who just want to sit and enjoy peace and quiet. The beach and water is beautiful but that’s all it has to offer. The hotel needs a lot of things done to it to really be considered a 4 star or 5 star hotel.…

As a IHG AMBASSADOR SPIRE ELITE MEMBER AND KAMPENSY GOLD MEMBER I WAS SO PLEASENT FROM MY STAY ESPECIALLY TEAM STAFF MR AHMED and head of food and bei rage for their outstanding effort to make every gust feel happy Quality of food was high quality although it is felt that half or full board is usually week but it was exapional outstanding great food and great facilities I would like to thx high Managment for their choice of right people in right place I advice this hotel with no hesitation

WOW! Paradise on earth! The view, the scenery, the turquoise clean clear beach, white soft sand like flour. Excellent authentic delicious food !! The staff are extremely friendly & paid attention to details to make sure we have the best experience ever! Super clean, the rooms were always clean & decorated perfectly! This 4 day stay was the best i’ve ever seen , we really felt like kings & queens ! Karim our waiter was amazing! Also the manager Ahmad Ismail was super friendly & made sure we get the best out of our whole stay! I recommend this place for everyone! Simply WOW! (just one tiny comment was the night entertainment blond crew not so friendly)

Excellent Resort! Stayed end of September. Would recommend definitely. And will come back again. Clean , rooms great, food A1 everything amazingly delicious with lots of variety. Service excellent, Morning and evening. Special thanks to Ahmed Ismail and Kareem for their excellent service for breakfast and supper! They made us feel welcome and part of the family. All hotel staff were helpful and friendly which helped our stay very much.

We booked family room which was very nice and space was enough for family Resort is very nice and has several activities The kids enjoy the holiday and swimming pool was very nice Restaurant had many variety of food Beach was not clean during our stay hence we could enjoy the sea much but overall it was nice experience

It's our third time to stay here, everything was more than excellent... rooms, restaurant, beach ,the buffet has delicious varieties and the most amazing thing in the place is their outstanding staff every one in his place doing his best to assist guest the hospitality really exceeds our expectations . I am sad that I did not give five out of five in my rating. The resort location is great. Service is perfect . Animation team is doing a great job. Rooms are clean , spacious and tidy. I had an excellent experience with the spa service. Food is tasty and in variety. Night shows are so exciting. Ease of check in and out. That is why I wished an was willing to rate it five out of five. But the shock happened because of the front desk manager ( Ahmed Tantawy ). On checking in We were told that we can have a late check out " based on availability ". The night prior to our check out we asked if we can have a late check out, but unfortunately no one gave us an answer till 11 pm. We were shock when Mr.Ahmed Tantawy said we can have a late check out at 1 pm ( which is the regular check out ) and any extra hour we will be charge 35 USD..... We did not accept this offer and we left. But overall , resort staff are doing their best though management needs a fine tuning and to be familiar with hotel business.…
