We stayed 3 nights and we didn't love it...
You have to climb a significant hill to get to the hotel, so walking was difficult. Without transportation you are a bit abandoned in the middle of nowhere because it is a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, which with the heat and the slope becomes a bit long. They should have some type of transportation to facilitate access, at least to the beaches because the other beach on the other side takes half an hour to walk. If you have a motorcycle, things change a little.
The room in general is fair. There is no storage, literally, there is not even a drawer to put anything in. There is no TV. The bathroom was very out of European standards. The toilet area was always wet, your feet got wet every time you went to the bathroom. The shower floor was painful because it was made of small stones. The truth is that it was not very pleasant to shower there.
However, what upset us the most was one day we went to dinner at 9:00 p.m. (they close the restaurant at 10:00 p.m., it says it in their book that they have at reception) and they told us that they were closed. I showed them the book where they put their schedules and the guy at the reception in the afternoon laughed saying that if there were no customers they would close earlier... I don't really know what we were to them then... (Keep in mind that we didn't There are more dining options there)
They told us that they would only make us one dish so as not to dirty the kitchen because they had already collected it. My partner did take that option but unfortunately I didn't like the option they offered so I couldn't have dinner that night.
For the price we paid there are much better and more serious hotels.
We did like the pool, it has beautiful views and is pleasant.

Very unique buildings! The domes really gives a a cozy feeling and slept so good in Satu Dome. I got very inspired to this eco friendly building technique. Enjoyed both delicious dinner and breakfast with spectacular views over Tanjung Aan beach. A must try is the poke bowl, the best I have ever had. The staff where super friendly and gave great service. I was also surprised that the complimentary hotel Wifi was so good for the remote and unique location.

A heavenly setting, food as colorful as it is delicious, fresh local produce. The staff are attentive, warm and helpful. We had a wonderful week, with an incredible view from Tanju 1, the pool and the hotel restaurant.
The domes are a harmonious construction that keeps the room cool.
The surf spot is 5 minutes from Domes and the airport less than 20 minutes away.
A pleasure to enjoy in-room massages and a top-notch scooter rental service. We'll be back :)

+1
On the website, it looked an amazing getaway with fantastic views and very cosy rooms. However, once arrived, we quickly experienced that they could not live up to the expectations.
On the positive side: The hotel is located on a hill, which gives you a nice view on the surrounding beaches. The pool also offers a nice view. Also the views from the room’s private (multiple) terraces are nice.
On the other hand, our experience was rather negative. The hotel openend only 2 years ago, however, it looks like it was open for more than 10 years. The place has a lot of potential, but it lacks good and continuous maintenance (e.g. a lot of dirty places/corners, no good maintenance of the infrastructure inside and outside of the rooms, the wooden floors you’re walking have splinters, a beach chair on our terrace contained a wound plaster from previous guests and was clearly not cleaned, a lot of rust on the faucets and plumbing, a lot of dust and this which looks like rubish on the upper bed in our room (which we did not need to use) etc.). Furthermore, we read in reviews of other guests that the food would be great, especially the breakfast. Our dinner was ok, breakfast options were good but the breakfast itself was rather mediocre.
All in all, we expected a lot more from this hotel, especially given its nice pictures on the website. The place has a lot of potential, but maintenance is a constant point of attention, especially in climates like these.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
we went there today and I ordered chicken taliwang and the chicken was UNDERCOOKED, THE BLOOD IS CAME OUT FROM THE CHICKEN WHEN I SLICE THE MEAT and I called the staff there to check the chicken out and he put back the chicken in the oven, after a while the staff came to our table and bring me the chicken back , and the chicken was OVERCOOKED chewy like RUBBER. I called the staff and told him about the chicken and the other 2 staff came to me and BLAMED ME AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT TO PUT THE UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN BACK TO THE OVEN BACK, HOW RUDE! I told them to try the overcooked chicken but they didn’t. Here I took the picture of the dry chewy chicken rubber . Absolutely terrible, don’t even try to come here . Absolutely rude staff telling me to eat undercooked blood chicken . I wish I took a pic of the undercooked chicken but I didn’t

Bad service. Staff unhelpful and not flexible. Service from 8am to 9pm, after nothing.
5% surcharge on food and drinks ordered for the service, when we already pay enough for his room.
Restaurant quite good but no longer had several dishes. Juice diluted with water. More wine during our stay.
Far from Kuta, nothing around the Inn except beautiful beaches. Award of very expensive taxis.
Beautiful overflowing pool, and beautiful view with a beautiful sunset.
Rounded up the Award although close to the bottom.
Overall, the Value for Award ratio is low.
Lack of amenities in the rooms (example: coffee, tea, pool towels).
We arrived at the Inn in the early evening and asked for the rental of a scooter to go to Kuta in the evening. The rate was that of a full day for 2 hours only. Despite our request for a reduced Award due to the duration of the rental, no gesture was granted. The second day of our stay we rented the scooter for the day. Upon returning to the Inn at the end of the day, before leaving for Kuta, the reception told us that the scooter had to be returned by 9pm which had never been indicated to me. In view of our insistence on enjoying our evening in town, they exceptionally agreed to leave it until midnight at the latest.
