I was lucky enough to stay on this beautiful Island for 5 night last year for a wedding. I traveled from Edinburgh with my wife and my one year old son ( he celebrated his 1st birthday on the Island ) Our trip was beyond amazing, everything really was perfect. The staff were so incredibly friendly, they looked after our son at any opportunity and I felt completely safe and comfortable going for a swim or walk with my wife while the staff looked after him. The food was totally delicious. The whole experience was totally amazing and I would recommend this Paradise Island to everyone.
Now back at home suffering through the rest of a Melbourne winter, I would give anything to be back at Joyo! My family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 11) had a fabulous time here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were there midweek, and it was very quiet. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 9 years old. Paradise islands, sand beach, really nice huge cottage, swimming-pool, Indonesian food. Kids friendly islands with tennis table, pool, snorkeling gears. We went fishing. Very relaxing: the island is only 3 hours far from Singapore, nevertheless we have the feeling to be in the middle of nowhere! I definitely recommend a 3 night stays in this hotel
Incredible to think that this place is a few miles from Singapore. Very relaxing, small (with only 5-6 bungalows), perfect for families with young kids... the rooms are rustic and spacious (forget the air conditioning though). Very attentive service.
