What an incredible experience! The Crimson Orchid Inn is located in the perfect place. Between the gorgeous guided tours, compassionate hosts, and deliciously fresh meals, I couldn't have asked for a better time. The rooftop Treenet and Bar is also a must-see!
I had such a wonderful stay at the Crimson Orchid Inn and cannot thank Stephen, Kim and Willfred enough for three days full of sunshine, nature, serenity, community spirit and adventure. The inn is a beautiful home away from home. Don't miss the sunset and stargazing on the roof top while enjoying a Margarita (by bartender Issa!). I also highly recommend taking a tour to the Lamanai - one of the oldest, continuously inhabited archaeological zones in the Maya World. The boat ride there was so much fun and the site itself was very impressive. Another tip: join Wilfred for a morning walk. He is a well-experienced nature guide, who knows all the secrets that make the fauna & flora around us all so holy and spectacular. I learned so much so early in the day. :-)
We went for the Saturday afternoon cocktail party and stayed over Saturday night. The rooftop bar is great with lovely views. The bar snacks were delicious, we had the quesadillas. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The best was the English Breakfast that Stephen and Kim made on Sunday morning. Yum!!!
The Inn is lovely and well kept. Steven and Kim were extremely hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had a nice time. Steven guided us on trips through the area and accompanied us on several excursions. The breakfasts were fantastic.
We really enjoyed our visit to the crimson orchid and highly recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away and be pamper in style. The accommodations are wonderful, Bravo to staff & management, can't wait to return!
Stephen makes the Inn feel like a home. Loved my stay there and every pic I sent to friends they said how relaxed and happy I looked. A great place to stay. Stephen can help arrange trips and also is a great cook. I miss his breakfasts. If you stay there ask him to make you his homemade spaghetti sauce. Five stars from me.
This is an out of the way gem that will provide plenty of things to do or nothing to do in a peaceful paradise. Be ready to take a walk in early morning to see exotic birds and parrots, and the small mammals of Belize that you don't have in the US. You have the run of a much larger home and rental development that has a bar and grill, pool, beaches on the ocean bay, endless trails and exotic foliage. Water sports available. Friendly breakfast provided and a large book collection. Nearby treasures like the boat excursion in Orange Walk that ends in a fabulous Mayan ruin and guided tour with lunch provided and eco commentary. Unique and memorable.
I visited The Crimson Inn in June. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and Knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious every morning. I felt safe and the sanitation was on point . I will definitely come back to The Crimson Inn when I am in Orchid Bay.
We had a small gathering of women friends that due to Covid hadn't been able to get together. The staff prepared us and wonderful Tea Party with local fruits and veggies. The staff was attentive and very friendly. A few of us spend the night. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was juice, coffee and an omelet. I look forward to another stay with my husband this time.
It was the best place to spend some quality time with the family!! Very quiet and relaxing place, rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfy it was all a great time. There’s a community area with a barbecue place and it’s out doors. Very lovely to spend time with the family. Over all the place you can visit right now!!!!!
