You must stay here if you are visiting the Queen Elizabeth National Park! Set on a ridge overlooking the park, the view is spectacular. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing. Habib, the manager and all the staff are so kind and friendly. The staff even made an effort to learn all our names. The food was outstanding. The rooms are large and spacious and very comfortable. Monkeys come in the afternoon and play around the lodge, providing endless entertainment. On our last night we had entertainment provided by some local children which was brilliant and a great way to end our stay. Thanks, The Wyatts!
This place is unreal. We were in Uganda for 9 days & it was definitely our favourite Lodge. The views are stunning overlooking QE NP. Convenient location. Food was excellent; you can tell it’s good quality. The staff were so friendly & professional - Judus especially. Our room was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the NP & we had beautiful African robes provided too - such a nice touch. We sat for 2 hours watching the sunset & it was the most relaxing experience. As an animal lover I also loved seeing all the moneys & could have sat with them in the garden all day. There were plug sockets in the rooms, hot water, GOOD WiFi (in the rooms as well as communally) & the drinks were cheap. Overall I can’t fault our stay it was incredible.
While in Uganda on safari my husband and I stayed at this beautiful lodge. The food was amazing! The staff were beautiful!! And if you want to sit in a beautiful setting watching the sunset, while elephants graze in the valley below and monkeys sit looking at you curiously... than this is the place for you
As I was shown to the cottage named Bamutiina, I felt I was the happiest person. The vast expanse of Queen Elizabeth National Park lay before me where an elephant herd was wandering, and, just along the fence little doll-like vervet monkeys were playing. The rooms are excellent. Amenities are very good. And the staffers are quite cordial and cooperative. It's an excellent place for staying.
I rocked up to Elephant Hab Lodge as it was getting getting dark after a long day cycling. I hadn’t made a booking but Habib & his staff were very accommodating. The lodge bar/restaurant is very nice & you can see directly into the park - apparently sightings of elephants are frequent, however, I didn’t stay long enough to witness it for myself. Located on the edge of the park, this is an ideal place to stop before making your visit inside QENP. As a new lodge, I have to say they’re already at a very high standard. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & accomodating. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I can highly recommend a stay here.
