Having to unexpectedly stay in Bridgwater overnight I was booked into the Boat and Anchor. When I arrived I found a pleasant country pub, just over the canal. Staff were pleasant, the (family) room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good sized en-suite.
I would fully recommend this venue.
friendly staff always willing to help, great food cooked by expert chefs, and elegant rooms done the very high standards that rival the best around
I will definitely be coming back
