I don't know where to start. I never wish I had booked this hotel. It's definitely a case for the media . Pool dirty and murky. Drinks and food were barely chilled to poorly chilled. I often had the feeling that the food from the day before was served. The nuggets at noon in the bar were dry as if they were fried again and served so as not to dispose of them. Salad was definitely unwashed .. You could tell how the staff weren't up for it. At the cocktail bar, the waiters were often cheeky. The gentleman in the evening at the reception, hardly greeted us . And made an annoyed impression. Rooms stink of drain! Actually the entire hotel stank of drain ... for those who don't mind the smell of wc , can go. The beach section is a joke , very small and opens to a drain . People don't let you get blinded. I can understand these good ratings zero. It must come from people who either cooperate with the hotel or who are satisfied with everything. We all had stomach bowels due to lack of hygiene. This hotel was my worst nightmare.

We stayed at this hotel a week during their initial opening not to long after the pandemic summer restrictions were lifted. I am assuming that things were very different compared to the reviews I read prior to staying here. I am sure that once the hotel is fully operating it will be a much more ideal hotel for families. The guest relations staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to chat and check on us. They were also very accommodating with our requests. As for the hotel, the food was mediocre. It stayed the same throughout the week with a few changes of meat selection each night. I dont particularly eat meat so it was difficut at times to find food other than salad on the buffet. If you stay past the serving hours they turn the lights out on you. They do not tell you to leave, but the lights being turned off is a clear sign. The serving staff were sometimes overwhemed with guests and were rude with handling the food, but the hotel was very busy during those times. The food at the pool bar was the same daily and not good at all. The hotel mainly uses Turkish alcohol so be mindful that it has a different taste depeding on what your used to: they have imports but its not included in the all inclusive. The wifi was not working in the rooms while we were there, but they were working endlessly to get it worked out. The lobby wifi works from time to time, especially around late evenings to early mornings. The amenities and the rooms were nice. Very clean and tidy with new cute towel displays daily. The gym is rather small, equipped with just enough, but does not have heavy weights. I was a little disappointed that they have the staff smoking section right outside the gym. Not ideal to inhale smoke while on the treadmill. Overall the hotel has a lot to offer for families and I am sure once they are fully operating and more restrictions are lifted the hotel will be a great stay. I would still reccommend the hotel for others, but my family and I won't be back.

Our experience with the photographer at the Hotel Luna was an imposition and thoroughly spoiled our stay. have not received any photos to date – apparently he does not care whether the customers are satisfied or not. That alone would be bad enough, but his behaviour towards us was absolutely disrespectful and condescending. He talked to us as if we were inferior and not worth the trouble, which was extremely offensive and unprofessional. For a hotel of this class, such a service is unacceptable. It was my 2nd trip to Antalya and this one is better than first. If you want really funny holiday, this hotel provide the best. Trust me, I got what you want! Animator Evin too funny and animator Mustafa is cool. Do you know why I love the hotel? Alcohol free, delicious foods, you can go into dry dock and also go to sea. Nice cozy 5 Turkish stars hotel, although actually it’s near 4 stars. We arrived from the airport at 11 and got the keys from the room at 12 so they checked in us as the room was ready. The room was extremely clean and they clean rooms each day. There was a minibar and they reload it each day as well. There are the main restaurant in the hotel, a bar in the lobby, a bar nearby the pool and one in front of the beach. Lobby bar is open 24 h. The meal was really ok, with good variety each day. Staff in the restaurant is extremely helpful and fast working. Hotel has a private beach located in 7 mins walking by foot. Each day there is a animation in the evening (despite Sunday) for children and adults, usually a show with duration of 1.5 hours. Overall we enjoyed our staying in Hotel Luna, the hotel is not luxurious but nice and cozy, ideally for a calm carefree staying.
