Staff are great , helpful and cheerful. Food is good but not amazing. The downside is, the shops inside are all in euros. The hairdressers are in euros and charge significantly more than the usual fee in Turkey. The hotel charges 15 euros per day for wheelchairs. The water sports are in euros and again substantially More than what the usual fee in Turkey. Disappointing with the cost of everything being in euros. Otherwise I would have come again.
they take good care of it, the service is super the rooms are very comfortable, we did not have any problems the pools are very nice and sufficient The food is delicious, the drinks and beverages are good I would definitely recommend a place I would choose again
Arrived at 2.00am! Checked in and taken to the room. Room unfortunately had only three beds instead of four. 2 adults and two children. Check in member requested 20 euros for us to be moved to another bigger room. Eventually he'd agree on an extra bed in the room. Bearing in mind it was 3.00am in the morning with two children. A move to another room would've been a headache after the luggage had been partly unpacked. Apart from that episode . It is a great hotel. Staff are lovely. From the receptionists, cleaning staff and the restaurant staff. Food was good. Room was decent size and bathroom was good too. Would recommend for families to stay in this hotel.
We visited Turkey and the luna blanca resort and spa for the first time, from the first the receptionist knew our first names and made us so welcome, the staff and entertainment team where exceptional, the staff could not do enough for us, the room was fabulous cleaned every day, superb hotel, would recommend it to all my family and friends hoping to come back in September or October, a really family friendly hotel.
First of all the hotel was under staffed. The personals workload was to much, the food was not nice at all. One dish that delivered 10/10 everyday was the pide and the salad bar. The rooms were clean but dated.
The room and the resort as per the overall are ok. The beach and the pools are nice. Not comfortable the distance between the hotel and the beach, around 10 minutes of walking. Quality of the services - very poor. The staff is very sad - they surely know why... No diversity for food; when they have served us, they were putting like extremely small portions. If you are not a fan of vegetables and fruits, you will barely find something to eat... Only local drinks served at the bar. No drinks in bottles, only the ones from the machine... No cocktails, fresh drinks...even we have paid for ultra all inclusive... If you want the whole comfort...not recomended.
We stayed at this hotel a week during their initial opening not to long after the pandemic summer restrictions were lifted. I am assuming that things were very different compared to the reviews I read prior to staying here. I am sure that once the hotel is fully operating it will be a much more ideal hotel for families. The guest relations staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to chat and check on us. They were also very accommodating with our requests. As for the hotel, the food was mediocre. It stayed the same throughout the week with a few changes of meat selection each night. I dont particularly eat meat so it was difficut at times to find food other than salad on the buffet. If you stay past the serving hours they turn the lights out on you. They do not tell you to leave, but the lights being turned off is a clear sign. The serving staff were sometimes overwhemed with guests and were rude with handling the food, but the hotel was very busy during those times. The food at the pool bar was the same daily and not good at all. The hotel mainly uses Turkish alcohol so be mindful that it has a different taste depeding on what your used to: they have imports but its not included in the all inclusive. The wifi was not working in the rooms while we were there, but they were working endlessly to get it worked out. The lobby wifi works from time to time, especially around late evenings to early mornings. The amenities and the rooms were nice. Very clean and tidy with new cute towel displays daily. The gym is rather small, equipped with just enough, but does not have heavy weights. I was a little disappointed that they have the staff smoking section right outside the gym. Not ideal to inhale smoke while on the treadmill. Overall the hotel has a lot to offer for families and I am sure once they are fully operating and more restrictions are lifted the hotel will be a great stay. I would still reccommend the hotel for others, but my family and I won't be back.…
We visited your hotel with my boyfriend, we stayed in Sea Viev Suit Room it was perfect!!! When we aaw the room first the first thing we did is hop in jacuzzi. The viev was great, we order meal to our room several times, room service was fast and the staff was so friendly. Especially Civan Bey and Aleyna Hanim from reception. Thank you all for this unforgettable holiday.
It was my 2nd trip to Antalya and this one is better than first. If you want really funny holiday, this hotel provide the best. Trust me, I got what you want! Animator Evin too funny and animator Mustafa is cool. Do you know why I love the hotel? Alcohol free, delicious foods, you can go into dry dock and also go to sea. Antalya is the saltiest sea of Turkey and it is too wavy but it’s your decision. Sea is also good and the hotel has a bar in the sea side. You can get a drink and also can eat. The hotel is the best!! You need to trust me
this is not the first time in this hotel .. everything is always on top .. many thanks to all the staff who serve the rooms and the restaurant. as for entertainment, the animators are great .. especially a huge gratitude to the wonderful girl Evie. Incendiary, funny, kind. Always smiling and positive.
