Staff was wonderful. The room was very quiet even though it faced the street. The beds in our room were like sleeping on plywood...SO hard! No towel rods in the bathroom to hang up your used towels. Bring a power strip because there is a lack of electrical outlets. Other than that...fine!

Dear lcb5310, Greetings from Memoire D'Angkor boutique hotel! First and foremost, thank you so much for your stay with us recently while visiting in Sime Reap, Cambodia. Second, it was very great to see your compliment about our hotel but so sad to hearing that your staying experience at our hotel did not meet your expectation due to the downfall of our facilities. So on behalf of the entire team of the hotel, i myself would like to express my sincere apology for the dismay that you met during stay, which made you feel not comfortable and enjoyable. And i am so sorry too for not able to meet you in person and figure out your issues before leaving the hotel. However, thanks for your comment about our bed is so hard and there is no rods to hang your towels in the bathroom so i will see to it right away in order to avoid more complaint in the future. Once again thank you so much for your stay and your forgiveness to the above issues so I am sure that you will be back to Siem Reap and stay with us again in the near future. With love and care, Bunrong Meas (Mr.) Operations Manager Mobile: +855(0)69 243 888 Email: om@memoiredangkor.com

Hotel's Favorite
Overall a very good experience, from the airport pick up to the drop off, all was good. Thanks to all the staff, they are all great, special thanks to Bella who assist us whenever possible. Small pool but good enough for swimming and kids to play. Hotel is very clean. They are striving not to use plastic so straws are with lemon grass and no plastic bottles in the room , instead they provide water in glass bottles when needed. Well done Mémoire d’Angkor. It is good to have this behavior. Restaurant was good as well (hotel price). Ask for room with balcony. We’ve got a room with a view on next door building wall which wasn’t nice but didn’t disturb us that much since you don’t spend time in the room. Noisy air conditions, that’s a pity. We can hear the outside ventilation since the window isn’t sound proof. Gym center can be improved. Equipment are not all working well. Breakfast is good with a buffet + A LA CARTE (around 10 selection). 10 min walk from Pub Street, Old market , night market. 1$ by Tuk Tuk (they ask 2$). Few meters from shopping mall which is a plus to buy a few stuff. Overall good, thanks to the staff, clean and good location.

We stayed in this hotel in March having moved Ourselves from one we had previously booked that was not up to standard. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Showed us round and arranged for all our luggage to be collected. The place is sooo relaxing and cosy. Staff amazing and so friendly, have never experienced this level of customer service ever and we travel a lot. From fantastic massages to organisation of personal sight seeing trips there is nothing they won’t do to help. Great food and drink and rooms are wonderful. If you’re going to Siem reap you must stay here. Sending good wishes to everyoneduring this pandemic.

We were upgraded to a beautiful, luxurious room, complete with a daybed, tub and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street, but within walking distance. This hotel seems very luxurious. As we were on a tour, I do not know the cost.

We stayed at the Memoire D'Angkor in March 2020. From the start it was the staff that made the hotel - especially Bella who looked after us so well, anticipated our needs, helped us out when needed. I even got a fresh fruit birthday cake with a candle when the staff realized from my passport that it had been my birthday the day before we got to the hotel. We had a huge room/suite with everything in that you might need - even a dining table. The shower had some mould, which detracted a bit from a great bathroom. The pool is lovely with a bar and a lunch menu (the best chips ever). The breakfast was fine with plenty of choices from the buffet plus a hot menu. The location of the hotel is great for getting to Pub Street and the market- just a 5-10 minute tuk tuk ride (or walk at your peril). Within easy distance for the temples, circus etc. I would happily stay here again.
