Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to leave! Staff are so attentive and friendly but never overbearing. Breakfast was amazing, loved the freshly made croissants and pastries, can really see the French influence there. No problems at all with the ice, drinking water or uncooked foods and there is a big selection of local and international dishes and very tasty! We had two different 4 course set menus for around US$16 each. Very fast internet and Netflix in the rooms free of charge. Rooms are very spacious and clean with a huge bath and shower. We had complementary airport pick up and drop off and every time we returned to the hotel we were offered towels and cold glasses of water. We arranged a private car and guide through the hotel to visit Angkor for very reasonable rates. The whole time we felt cared for and perfectly safe. Sad to leave Cambodia and Khmer Mansion Residence. Thanks for sharing your beautiful country with us!

As first time visitors to Cambodia we were not sure what to expect. The apprehension of waiting at the airport to file a claim while we hope our hotel shuttle is waiting..........it was.
As we walked out of the airport a young lady in traditional garb was there to greet us, had water and a cold cloth for us to cool and refresh ourselves.
We were greeted at the hotel, with ginger tea and snacks while our check-in was completed, then guided to our room and got a where everything is and how to use it tour.
The room was immaculate, and everything worked well. We were poolside as well.
We enjoyed a cocktail by the pool with some finger food from the restaurant, all very well done.
The breakfast provided was the best we had while in Asia. Absolutely delicious, so much so, that we decided to have our dinner there as well, a good choice.
I cant say enough about the hotel, whatever we wanted was delivered, drinks and snacks to our room patio.
Location wise, it was a ten minute walk from pub street, but the hotel pays for a Tuk tuk to take you there and $2.00 home made it easy.
I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there again if I am fortunate enough to return.

We had the privilege of traveling to Cambodia and staying at this amazing hotel. We traveled all over Asia for a month and stayed at a Hilton, a Marriott and even the Disneyland hotel in Shanghai. None of the previous mentioned including DISNEY came close to how amazing this place was and how incredibly kind their staff treated us. Whoever trained this staff should be very proud of them.
The cost was incredibly cheap and as we opened the door to our room, we were absolutely blown away! Names spelled out on the foot of the bed welcoming us, a bath and sink filled and topped with flowers, super clean and an aroma that felt like you were walking into a spa. Needless to say, we were very happy after a long day of sightseeing.
Thank you to the staff for such an amazing day and night. My only regret was that we were not staying longer.

We stayed here for 4 nights (originally planned 3) on the first stage of our Cambodia/Vietnam trip.
The hotel is quite small - long and narrow - in an unpromising street in Siem Reap. Once inside however it had everything you could want and more. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Sim who looked after our every need, especially when we had to extend a day at the very last moment when we decided not to go to Vietnam (thank heavens!). They provided a list of recommended restaurants, good Cambodian dishes to try and some helpful phrases (Oh Kun).
On arrival we were upgraded to a suite on the ground floor that opened up directly onto the pool area. The room was dry clean and spacious with little terrace at the front AND back.
The pool area is quite shady (some sun sometimes) with only 6 beds, although there are another 6 beds on a sunnier upper terrace.. You had to get there early to get a bed. Poolside service and pool bar was excellent.
We only ate breakfast in the restaurant, which was excellent (order from a menu). In the evenings we got the complimentary tuk-tuk into Siem Reap for dinner and drinks (5 min journey and a $2 return).
The hotel also has a spa and Gym and they were offering really good value massages.
All in all a really good value hotel with all you need and excellent service.

I stayed at The Khmer Mansion with my mother and older sister for 5 nights and was most impressed, starting from our airport pickup that included a much needed cool towel and a beer, right through to the cooking lesson on the last morning, everything was exemplary. The level of service and attention to detail from the staff is fantastic; within 5 minutes of arriving at the hotel, all staff knew our names and the kitchen were aware of a food allergy. Breakfast was extensive, I don't think that anyone could have suggested anything that may have been missing! Complimentary tuk tuks to pub street are very useful and the pool nice and refreshing. On day 2 we were moved to a room with a balcony and more light without asking which gave us a lovely room overlooking the pool. Recommendations have already, and will continue to be given to friends family and colleagues about this most splendid hotel.

+1
We planned to stay in the sister hotel, Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel. However the desired room (Ground floor room with swimming pool access ) was not available at that moment.
The hotel manager and staff tried their very best and negotiated with their sister hotel, Khmer Mansion Residence to provide the same room type for us. That’s why we came here.
Khmer Mansion Residence environment is very nice and relaxing. The room is very big, clean and beautiful. Like other local hotels, they put some traditional khmer elements in the room design.
The power of the faucet in the bath tub and sink are powerful and strong. We enjoy taking shower here.
Regarding the food quality, surprising they are so good. We had a 5 course dinner last night. We tried the banana flower salad which recommended by the F&B manager. It’s very quite fresh and yummy. The fish cake was a bit salty, but the rest were very good. Especially they offered 25% off for the guests. Really worth to try!!! It’s wallet friendly.
The staff here are extremely friendly and smile all the time. We would like to say a Big Thank You to the front desk staff Chhorvy for the excellent service. Her introduction to the hotel is clear and very professional. When I was in the pool side balcony alone, she proactively came to see if I need any drinks and staff.
This is our 1st time to came here and definitely we will come back again. New hotel, nice staff, nothing to complain!!!

You will feel welcomed since you arrive. The STAFF is very friendly. Welcome drink, you are received with water everytime you come back and provide free transportation to some locations in the city. Downtown (main street) is 3-5 minutes away by free transportation. Breakfast is really good, we even got a free dinner included with our reservation and was really good. This was one of the BEST hotels during a very long trip to southeast Asian countries. WE highly recommend this hotel, specially if you like and appreciate good service.
Thanks Khmer Mansion Residence! We will be back!

We stayed for 5 nights over the New Year celebrations, and if I could give this hotel more than five stars, I would. It is absolutely beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and a lovely pool area, restaurant and spa. Breakfast is great, with plenty of choice, and the poolside bar served fabulous cocktails. We ate twice at the restaurant- once at the Khmer buffet, and once a set dinner that was included in our package. Both meals were excellent - the food and presentation perfect, and the staff went to a lot of trouble to prepare food for the vegetarian in our party.
The location is great - very quiet and only a few minutes into the middle of town in the complementary tuk tuk, which is very convenient. Trips, tours, and anything you need can be organised through the front desk.
But the most wonderful thing of all is the staff. Every single person who works there goes out of their way to make sure you’re looked after. Their attention to detail is superb. Welcome drinks and snacks, a petal filled bath, our names spelt out in lotus leaves on our beds......delightful. From the moment we were met at the airport by the lovely Rady, with cool towels and chilled drinks, to our departure, when we were given a farewell gift, we were treated like royalty. Honestly, this is the loveliest place we have ever stayed.

I was very impressed the first time I jumped into their airport pickup; handed us water bottles with wet towels. By the time we arrived at the lobby hotel, the Front Manager, Sim politely and happily greet us with welcomed drinks. And the beautiful lady, sorry I forgot her name guided us what we can do for our visit.
They crafted our names on beds. And yeah, I am a person who hardly sleep on beds if got dirts or any stain. But I am soooo satisfied with the bed cleanliness! And very rare for the hotel to have so many channels, and they do have it all.
And mr Virreak(or he said to address as butterfly) was so kind to entertain us during breakfast. He even gave us a scarf as souvenir, even though small, its the effort that counts.
Of all the hotel stays, I have never had this kind of experience before: read awesome stay

My husband and I stayed here during the first part of a two week trip in Cambodia. The hotel is a lovely oasis approx 10 mins from centre of Siem Reap, rooms were large and extremely comfortable, but the standout for this hotel is most definitely the service. The staff will welcome you by name and anticipate your needs i.e. bringing you chilled water and the most amazing peanuts to your sunbed. After being out for the day, they greet you with chilled water and cold towels - which were very welcome.
The food was good, breakfast buffet plus a la carte menu and the evening food menu was reasonably priced too for a good quality hotel.
Tuk Tuks into town are free of charge [$2 from trip back], as is the transfer to and from the hotel.
We would return to this hotel without any hesitation next time we visit S/Reap.
Highly recommend.

That seems really surprising and disappointing. We booked through the biggest online site (Trip Advisor stops me listing it!) several months in advance. Maybe they’re not really set up for direct approaches. Strange. I’m sorry, because it was a good hotel, and they were very anxious to receive any feedback re improvements.
Only way to find out is to ask hotel management.
sorry i have not logged in for a long time, i am sure you dont need the information any more, however the hotel will provide a tuk tuk or call for one. This hotel is very accommodating. They will do whatever you need at a reasonable price to make your stay enjoyable
