Nice people, clean rooms, and baths were nicely appointed but tub/shower was awkwardly narrow. I couldn’t stand with my feet side by side. Very convenient to Seapoint Links and County Louth Golf Clubs. Hours of the on property restaurant were poor and utterly useless to us. Breakfast started at 8.

Had a lovely weekend away in Flynn’s of Termonfeckin. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are clean and cosy with lovely views. Breakfast was plentiful and served with a smile 😃 The barman and locals in the bar were very friendly and helpful when we asked about things to do. Great hotel to stay in if you are exploring the north east of Ireland 🇮🇪

This is my third visit to Ireland, and the Flynn’s of Termonfeckin is one of the loveliest B&Bs we’ve stayed at. We arrived a bit early and tired from our flight, and our host greeted us warmly and kindly admitted us to our room. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the river below. The breakfast was fantastic. I’m a vegetarian, and our host was very accommodating of my dietary needs. The scrambled eggs were made to perfection. Flynn’s is within easy distance to Monasterboice, Bru Na Boinne, and Mellifont Abbey. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

I am not sure if this is an actual hotel, when we arrived it was shut - the entrance is through a locked electronic gate, after waiting in the carpark for an hour or so we tried again - but no luck, eventually someone came out and told us to come back at midday - Room was ok - but it was very stuffy and warm and for some reason the room just picked up all the noise in the building. we didn't eat there - no catering for vegan/vegitarian, also very expensive for what it was. The village didn't have much going on either, waste of a journey.

We stayed at Flynns our first night in Ireland after having been awake for 36 hours so at that point all we really wanted was a bed. Our gps had no trouble locating it. I had read that getting in was sometimes difficult due to it being a gated lodging, but we had no such trouble. We rang on the intercom and were immediately answered. Someone came right out and let us in. We were greeted by Robert who was super friendly and even though we were 2 hours early for check-in he gave us our key and sent us right up. Our room was beautiful and spotless. There was a complimentary bottle of water waiting for us as well as a little pot to heat water for tea or instant coffee (provided). We had just spent several hours at Bru Na Boinne in the cold and were having trouble warming up. I believe we were the first guests checked In that day so our section of the lodging was a little chilly. But as we were beat we just snuggled into the comfy bed and passed out. We woke bright and early the next morning (still on US time) and packed up before going down to an amazing and delicious full Irish Breakfst. Our server was super sweet. We were efficiently and quickly checked out about 9am and off to our next adventure.
