We went in Safari for 12 days. And the way the flights worked out it was cheaper to stay a few extra days. We did not know how great this would be. The Safari was in red but up every morning at 5:30 am. This was a vacation after the safari. One of the best hotels I have stayed anywhere in the world. Service and food is over the top. Not to mention the quality of rooms. Our butler service and the beauty of the hotel and grounds. Can’t miss destination

The PERFECT place to relax after a long journey prior to going on safari. Excellent service and beautiful grounds. We’ve been here a few times and we travel a lot, this is DEFINITELY one of the best run hotels in the world. Great coffee and food and oh did I mention GREAT SERVICE😃

Excellent hotel. Great facilities. Large room suites. Helpful and friendly staff. Safe and quiet suburb. This was a quick 2 night stay on the beginning of my safari and it was perfect to relax and recover from jet lag of traveling 23 hours to get to East Africa. It was such a great stay that I would certainly stay here for a longer visit to Nairobi.

The hotel’s location overlooking the Ngong Hills created a serene atmosphere, providing the perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. My room was a haven of elegance, with tasteful furnishings and all the amenities one could wish for. The lush gardens and the tranquil pool area offered a peaceful retreat. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant, Brasserie, was a culinary journey, with a menu that celebrated Kenyan and international flavors. Hemingways Nairobi exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to this luxurious gem.

Had an amazing customer experience ! The food was great, the drinks didn’t stop flowing, but what did it for us was the great service by Isaac, Chef Njoro, and the team in the upstairs bar making our visit there the most memorable. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back.

Had lunch and dinner here on our transfer day after coming out of the bush. Newton and the rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable and well fed! The Tandoori Chicken Burger and the beef burger were both stand-outs. Great place to recharge!

Our family recently stayed for the day at Hemingways after returning from safari. We rented 3 rooms to rest and clean up before our 11pm flight back home. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are very well appointed and clean. After we rested we had dinner outside. The service was fantastic, our waiter Victor was excellent and had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was wonderful, overall a perfect stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Kenya.

I really loved this hotel. I only spent a short time there, but it was exceptional. My room was beautiful, my meals in the restaurant were excellent, and best of all the service was fantastic. It is a gorgeous hotel in the lovely Karen district- close to the park and the elephant orphanage, as well as the giraffe center. I can't imagine there is a better place to stay in Nairobi, and I don't plan on finding out. I will be back.
