Everything was great: room, services personnel, management, breakfast, etc. The location is great and entire Sinemoretzs ia a lovely place. Thans for Bogdana for her kind help and everybody for hospitality! Will come back for sure!
Dear all, This year we were booked for Greece. Instead, we had to change our plans in a wink of an eye as Greece added new requirements for entering the country. So, we decided to go to Bulgaria instead, to Sinemorets, where we chose to stay at Asti which proved to be an inspired choice. The apartment was cozy, spacious, had all the necessary amenities, a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard with a playing ground for children who were happily playing there. Lush gardens, swimming pool (clean and carefully cared for), tennis court and a restaurant that made it possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner on its terrace, or in our room. By the way, food was high quality and fresh and the staff very helpful. We had a great, relaxed stay for which we thank very much. Carmen and Caius…
Nice amenities, spacious suite (12), nice hidden private patio area with lots of gorgeous plants. Comfortable bed, good sound insulation, thick walls There are a pool, tennis court, table tennis, gym and children's playground areas. Loads of sculptures and artwork both inside and outside. The food is alright, there is also a daily menu. The gym is very nice, but the ceiling is a bit low! It is equipped with two cardio machines and benches with heavy free weights, but the table tennis and weights are situated in the same space. This poses some risks, as the table tennis tends to attract children, often unsupervised. I only worked out very early, when it was empty. The TV set in the room is not smart enabled, but has HDMI and this was enough for us as we had a laptop. The WiFi hotspot we recieved from the reception was not accessible, but as we are in our own country this was no problem at all, due to a 4G hotspot workaround (no data cap or high taxes to worry about). The breakfast includes some generic coffee for free, but if you are a demanding coffee consumer (or snob) you can always order the Caffè Palombini, il vero Caffè di Roma that the bar offers, very nice! The barista remembered that I prefer this coffee and on the following mornings asked me if I would like the same, very nice personal approach by the staff! In my opinion this property would suit best to couples with kids for the optimal experience! We are happy with our stay.…
We stayed for four nights at Asti Arthotel and had a great stay. The apartment was great - two very comfortable bedrooms, ample living space, a small kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The staff and owners were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. They arranged a taxi transfer for us from Veliko Tărnovo (As Sinemorets is not so easy to reach on public transport). They answered lots of small questions (eg about ATMs) and were also able to help with all sorts of things when we were there. The facilities were great. The pool was perfect for a quick swim but the beaches are the main draw in Sinemorets. The closest beach is just a few minutes walk and had great wave jumping when we were there. There are a couple of nice beach bars / restaurants. We used butterfly bar. There are also toilets and reasonably priced hire of umbrellas and sun loungers. Veleka beach is around 20 minutes walk. I would recommend taking the panorama path along the cliffs. It’s a great beach with a really safe lagoon to swim in where the river meets the sea. Some lovely beach bars and you can hire lots of different crafts from the water sports centre. There is also a tennis court, kids play area, gym and (free) table tennis. We used all except the gym!! The buffet breakfast was well stocked. The restaurant was good and the house wine was exceptionally good value (I thought!!). A great stay - thank you Asti Arthotel!…
We were on a wedding this month and it was canceled in the middle of the celebration. The manager was very rude, send off the DJ and it was total disaster. If you are planning such occasions, look elsewhere, definitely not the place for this kind of party, or probably any kind.
Me and my wife spent a couple wonderful weeks last month at this nice hotel. Excellent and very attentive personnel. Well maintained facilities. We would repeat with no hesitation. Keep up the good work!
Standard room with small bathroom. Nice view. Free parking. Is standard buffet breakfast. The hotel is situated close to the beach, only 5 minutes walking to the beach Butamyata. Another beautiful beaches in this region are Silistar beach.
Two years in a row I am staying in the same hotel, and will probably choose it again next year. Great place, cosy and clean rooms, really good restaurant and inner yard with garden, playground for kids and lots and lots of flowers everywhere. I saw the swimming pool, but we choose to be by the sea and did not try it. Will recommend this hotel with all my heart!
We stayed for 10 nights and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sinemorets village. 2 Adults + 2 children (3yr / 6yr) The location is perfect. A short stroll to the beach or into the centre of the town where you will find a small strip of restaurants / shops. The rooms are ample size and cleaned regularly. The playground is a bonus for any family. We had a ground floor room which meant we had a small contained patio area. The food is great and super value. We did half board and were able to choose dinner or lunch from the main menu - lots to choose from! Infact somedays we would have been happy with just a 'bar snack' but the pool bar/kitchen didn't open during our stay. We are very well - our young boys included! There isn't a 'kids menu' but they will give kid size portions of main meals....and full size ice cream! We were spoilt as the pool was empty most of the time as people head to the amazing beaches. The staff were really helpful. It is run by a lovely family who live nearby. We arrived with two tired young boys and rather than go through all the checkin admin they showed us to our room so the boys could rest. They also gave us great advice on the beaches to visit, food to try, boat trip and town to visit on our only rainy day. There are not many English people in Sinemorets (any uk package holiday makers are staying at the large beach front hotel). This wasn't a problem. The village is made up of Bulgarian families on holiday which adds to the relaxed vibe and shows what a super place it is! Sinemorets is not for people looking for a buzzing nightlife.…
Close to Butamyata beach and Strandzha mountain, nice and quite place to stay with your family or friends. Spacious, very clean and well equipped apartments, kind staff, wonderful breakfast and very delicious meals in the restaurant (incl. room service), playground for our kids and everything we needed for our perfect vacation. We highly recommend this place.
