I couldn't fault the food supplied. The starter was delicious and not too filling. I chose the beef for my main which was lovely. Could have done with another roast and service would have been helped if cranberry, horseradish, gravy and other sauces were served first while waiting. This wasn't cheap at £25 for 3 courses and this was reflected...

The meal I had with two friends was beautiful. Cooked to a very high standard & very tasty. Leven is a small village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, as there is a by-pass you need to go into the village to find the hotel.

Recently had a brilliant meal at the recently opened New Inn restaurants. The food was superb and the service was spot on. Well done to all the team. The menu choice is very wide with several unusual dishes, giving you the chance to try something new. Well worth a visit. I can't wait to return.

My partner and I decided to stay at The New Inn last minute to have a break away after a testing week. We called in the afternoon and they said they had a room and it would be £45 for the evening. We arrived around tea time and paid for the room which then had gone up £10 and they...

The New Inn is currently undergoing a complete revamp under new owners so the room decor was a tad tired (we had room 7). Having said that the room was spotlessly clean and the minor issue of a malfunctioning TV was dealt with very quickly. The courtyard was a lovely haven in which to catch the last of the sun...

The property is under new ownership and a well needed renovation plan is well underway . The new owners Craig & Mivvie were very accommodating to my daughter myself and our little dog. Our rooms were clean and comfortable - towels, bedding and showers spotless and lots of hot water . Breakfast cooked to order and hit the spot !...

New owners Craig and Mivvi with family help have really turned this establishment around. New decor, wonderful lighting and bar set up have made a massive difference to the place and it can only improve. i would disagree that the food is of poor quality, these are early days and possibly the new staff are still learning, I would imagine...

Great food and cheap too, had spag bol, steak and gammon and the toffee crunch for desert, all beautiful, will definitely return. Staff were excellent and very accommodating and had a few drinks and a game of darts in the bar after we left the restaurant.
