Everything that other people had said in their review was borne out. Cleanliness is second to none; location is ideal for Hull, Beverley and the Yorkshire coast (there's even a bus stop outside going both ways); the room was relaxing with super-cotton sheets and duvet and power shower; the value was great; Meg is both genuinely very friendly yet unobtrusive...

Stayed here for one night whilst on business. The room was excellent with very good en suite. Breakfast was very good and the owner looked after me brilliantly. I would definitely use Agape again if travelling in this area.

Absolutely fantastic B&B, Meg is so very friendly and made us feel at home instantly, and after a long journey she made us a cup of tea with a fresh slice of home made cake. Meg also went out of her way to add little touches of shortbread and sweets in your room when you came back to chill. Furthermore,...

I intended to stay in Beverley, but would never go there now that I've stayed at Agape! The short drive between Leven and Beverley is very much outweighed by the delights of Meg's hospitality. I can't think of anything that would improve the quality of the service provided there, as Meg and Andrew have thought of it all.

I stayed at Agape for a surprise Valentine weekened treat and it was great. The hostess was very welcoming and the B&B was everything I had hoped for. There were rose petals sprinkled over the bed and there were heart shaped shortbreads and muffins along with pink champagne and other treats which made me and my husband feel very special....

We stayed at Agape for five nights in June 2009. I selected the accommodation from reviews on TripAdvisor and was not disappointed in any way. Meg and her husband, Andrew are very welcoming and provide for all your needs during your stay with them. Meg has a vision and works hard to offer service beyond what you may expect from...

All the excellent reports Agape has received are truly justified. Excellent value for money . There were some lovely touches including home made scones when you arrive. Everything is beautifully presented and the room is very clean with fluffy towels and bathrobes.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at such an excellent guest house. Nothing was too much trouble for the very kind owner of this spotlessly clean establlishment. I will certainly be returning to stay again next time I am in the area.

I travel to Leven regularly and its Agape B&B I have called my home away from home for my last 2 visits. Absolutely fantastic from the moment you set inside, Meg sets the tone of your whole stay, and that is the true meaning of 'welcome'. Dan Guerrera from Norway

This is a great place to stay. Meg welcomed us on our arrival and we had lovely home-made scones and tea. The bedrooms were excellent, all en suite and fitted with power showers. The dining room was well set out and very comfortable. There was such a choice of cereals and fresh fruit as well as various combinations of cooked...
