A couple of years ago, when we were in the area, someone recommended this hotel to us. Attractively situated a view over a wooded valley, Les Florets is a short drive out of Gigondas. Possessing many of the features of the more traditional French hotel, our room on the first floor looked out onto a courtyard, shaded by a couple...

It was the perfect place for us to celebrate my husband's 73 birthday. This was a time just for the 2 of us to relax, delight in the beautiful grounds of Le Florets, and enjoy great food and wine every night without having to drive. The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived. they upgraded...

This delightful small hotel is hidden behind a small village in the Viason Ventoux region of Provence. In November the weather is still fine and the summer crowds are gone. A perfect combination for quiet relaxation. The hotel seemed quiet and the only other table were some friendly Frenchmen who were enjoying each other's company Our lunch was exceptional. Very...

A beautiful hotel - which does need a few upgrades - located in an isolated spot up the road from Gigondas. All that's well and good, but with a clientele that appeared to be about 80% non-French, would someone who could at least fake a little English be of some use? I think so. Issues with checking in and checking...

Monsieur, Madame Thank you so much for your review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. I'm just a little bit surprised by your remark about our capicity of welcoming people in English. I speak myself quite a good English. I'm sure at least to be able to answer to all guest request. Most of the members of the...

The setting is superb, overlooking a wooded valley. You eat on a huge terrace, cool even in August. The food is just amazing. We had the 4 seasons menu withiout cheese for 51 euros and it was gorgeous: little starter of shrimps and avocado, starter of prawns in a curry sauce/carpaccio of beef rolled in a tube [outstanding] then we...

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. My husband and I stayed here just over a year ago for our honeymoon. Our stay was fantastic. All of the staff were over the top friendly to us. Our room was nothing spectacular and it could have used A/C but we weren't there to stay in the room all...

This is a very traditional hotel. Very much la vieille france. Wonderfully situated but maybe in need of some tlc. Off the beaten track and half way up a hill. Very quiet. Internet reception poor. Mobile reception almost non existant. Excellent breakfast which can be had outdoors. Food very good. Wine List extremely good and wide ranging. Prices for rooms...

We recently spent two nights at this small, family-run hotel located just outside of Gigondas. It is in a beautiful location, at the foothills of the Dentelles (you could walk to the trails from the hotel). The food was amazing, and we happily ate dinner there both nights. They also served a very good breakfast, which we ate outside on...

We stayed here for five days in June. The room was comfortable and we slept well. The highlight of each day was the evening meal, taken on the terrace when the weather was fine. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The location is great for exploring the Dentelles and the local villages.

We spent two perfect nights here, having come to Gigondas for a short but intense period of wine touring. Everyone welcomed us and took care of our every need. The setting is tranquil, with an easy hiking trail through gorgeous vineyards to the town. The restaurant is outstanding.
