Warm friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. We sat down at a table plenty big enough for the 3 of us, two adults and one child. Great choice to choose from but we all just fancied 'Traditional Sunday Lunch, the beef was so tender, lovely roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, (2 other veg, can't remember!) We would love to call back...

Just had a top night and stay at the Bruce Arms. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and helpful. The well prepared meal/good wine were lovely preceded by gin from their excellent selection. The room was lovely and very cosy. The only slight niggle was that the shower was very weak but this didn't detract from our excellent evening!
