We were watching the Rapido Pintura Competition throughout the tow and noticed they had a Menu Del Dia advertised. We had eaten so decided to go back a couple of days later to try. However no Menu Del Dia on that day said a member of staff. Overhearing that conversation the manager called us back, seated us in an empty... More

Situated opposite Alcaudete's castle, this friendly, well-appointed and comfortable hotel makes a great base from which to explore the town or the wider region. We were very happy with our room, it was very spacious with a huge and comfortable bed and a lovely view. Breakfast was simple but fresh and served with a smile in the pleasant courtyard or... More

I was recommended this hotel my a Spanish friend who lives in nearby town when we were out on a day trip. A few months later I went back to visit the town and found the hotel. Luckily they had a room free. I was overwhelmed by the standard of the room which really could have been twice the price... More

We have visited Alcaudete a number of times but this was the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We were welcomed by the owner and directed to a comfortable double room adjacent to a terraced area which overlooked the town at the rear and the castle at the front and was equipped with tables, chairs and loungers. Breakfast... More

We stayed for 2 nights and were the only guests... Our room faced the castle and it was nice but lacked chairs....or anywhere to sit. We sat on the lovely terrace but had to go down to the bar to get cervesa.... it was like no one had been there in a long time. The next evening our chairs and... More

Absolutely superb. Reformed 2 years ago with 9 rooms. We had a large room. Nicely furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed. In addition, a single bed and a sofa bed for if you had children. Spotlessly clean. Pets allowed and made very welcome. The food is simple but tasty. The hotel is next door to the castle and... More

The location of the hotel was good and within walking distance to the main square also close by are other lovely villages. Alberto and Pablo were very helpful and friendly as well as Otto their Labrador dog. Alberto paid a lot of attention to my little Yorkshire Terrier (Molly). We ordered a bottle of wine when we arrived and asked... More

We came here not for the town but because of its position for visiting Granada, Jaen and Cordoba, not to mention all the small surrounding villages and towns with their castles and churches perched on top of a hill. And what a find this hotel is! Wonderful and extremely comfortable, tastefully furnished rooms. The owners, Alberto and Pablo, couldn't be... More

My wife and I stayed here for six nights in mid september. For a 2 * rural hotel the standard of service and quality of the food would match many so called top end hotels. The hotel is run by Alberto and Pablo, two wonderfully warm human beings, Alberto is more front of house and Pablo is quite at home... More
