We absolutely loved Les Limornieres. It was a perfect spot for holiday as a couple with a three year old. The accommodation had everything we needed. Toys galore in a homely environment. Our little girl could just run through the grounds freely, enjoying the slide, trampoline, sandpit, chickens etc. Our daily meals were taken in the shade of an open...

Not only was this a brilliant location, peaceful and quiet, as a cyclist it was some of the most enjoyable riding I have had in a longtime. Good quality roads in general, the class C road could be a little uneven, a bit like Gloucestershire's main roads really, and very little traffic. I normally see more traffic in the first...

We loved the gite, the location, the owners and the bouncy little kitten. During our week we visited over 10 chateaux between here and the Loire. The scenic drives were through lovely villages on empty roads. We found many nice restaurants and several complimented us on our French probably just because we tried.

What a truly fabulous place. This was our first holiday abroad with our 16 month old and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place. Not only in Les Limornieres in a beautiful location, it is also so well equipped for a toddler (and mum and dad!) Toys everywhere, baby gates, cot, baby bath, ride on tractor, chickens to visit...

We enjoyed 7 memorable nights at Les Limornieres with our friends, this was the perfect break we needed from our busy lives. The hosts Nicole and Alex are very friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the place 100%, they loved feeding hens, playing with the cat, and exploring the outdoor activities, they enjoyed bathing in the local lakes/rivers etc. Also...

Five of us stayed in Noix cottage, including a toddler in a cot. Loved it, best kids room we have ever stayed in, toys and books for all ages in the house. Beautiful rural setting, perfect for farmers who need a break but love checking out the local farm life! Perfect spot for a group of friends or family to...

We; me, my husband and our 6-year-old daughter, stayed in Saule gite for 7 nights in July. We arrived on a Sunday evening and really appreciated the welcome pack of food left in the fridge for us; cafetiere coffee, proper milk (not UHT!) eggs from the resident chickens, peaches, tomatoes, wine. The garden is very large and beautiful; chickens, herbs,...

Just got back from a weeks stay in Saule Cottage. Can't fault our stay, beautiful location and lovely cottage to stay in. Really really well equipped with loads of toys, books and DVDs for our kids aged 2 and 9 months. William and Niamh loved the gardens with the trampoline and swings, the chickens were a personal favorite for William....

We have just returned from a wonderful July week staying in 'Chene' at Les Limornieres. The cottage was absolutely delightful - stylish, impeccably clean and fantastically well equipped with everything we could have wished for for us and our toddler. This included heaps of toys, books, music, DVDs, children's eating utensils, nappy changing equipment.. the fantastic hosts Nicole and Alex...

We stayed in Noix cottage for 7 days. Wonderfully equipped, more toys than our 2 year old could as for! Very comfortable cottage. The stairs are steep and narrow not too bad. Great garden for relaxing in while the little ones play. Use of the bikes was brilliant! Fantastic hosts. Great area with plenty to do. Would definitely go back!...
